Fantastic I got four quotes. Sales man was easy to work with. Answering all my questions. After installation I had some other questions, and they where answered promptly. Very pleased.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. I had used Sunspot to give me an idea of what I needed, but for the quote I gave Tim a spreadsheet with over a years worth of energy consumption, existing solar generation and billing data, and he made some helpful suggestions I may not have considered. We were able to integrate my existing solar into the new install, and it works better than expected. The installation was great, punctual, as neat as you could wish for and everything was left clean. An issue with 3phase sequence (my premises is non-standard) was quickly rectified. The installer explained both the Sigen app and the shutdown procedure for solar, battery and gateway clearly. Waiting on the DC charger, which is on back order. Can’t fault Enviro Energy, the whole process with them has been a pleasure.Panel rating: 5/5

Great service and honest information
Happy with everything from the time Colin reached out.Great communication and happy to adapt to suit our needs.
Only thing was the finishing touches within the switchboard. However the install of the inverter and battery is great.

Sigenstore system installation

Cannot rate Enviro Energy highly enough
From the initial consult with Colin throughout the 'arranging' period and to the final installation completed by Harry and his team, the service and quality provided by Enviro Energy was simply outstanding.Colin's communication and attention to detail was first class. We changed the panels and the battery manufacturer's resulting in 3 different quotes. Each quote was received quickly, without fuss and each was very competitively priced.
Colin managed to source the products we wanted somehow, despite all my friends who are also getting solar saying there was a 6 month wait list, so that quote to instal was less than 2 months.
Colin also contacted Origin Energy and started the ball rolling with the meter requirements. All I had to do was call them and change my plan to a Solar related plan.
The 24kWh Sigenergy battery and Jinko solar panels are now servicing my house completely. We haven't used the grid since installation.
Next year I will likely get an EV so I'll be calling Enviro Energy to do that instal as well.
