Battery Installation
Fleurieu Energy was so impressive with their quote and sales process. I was actually told I didn't need as big a battery as I requested. From beginning to end the installation was perfect. They did everything regarding the grid connection and showed me everything about the battery and installed the app on my phone and showed me everything on it. I will recommend everyone to get a quote from Fleurieu Energy.Inverter rating: 5/5

Totally satisfied
I was confused & concerned by my predicament. Will from Fleurieu Energy explained everything in terms I could relate to & understand. He made recommendations without making me feel pressured, and he & his staff delivered professionally & courteously. Great experience
Timely quote, answered all questions, great explanations.No problem for them to travel 300km for install, efficient, polite tradies, tidy installation.
Set up and explained system well and Will was happy for us to contact him with any issues.

Quality Installer with a smile.
The sales and quoting process was excellent. Everything was clearly explained, the system design was well thought out, and the quote was clear and transparent. All questions were answered promptly, which made the whole process easy and reassuring.The installation went extremely well. The team arrived on time, were polite and professional throughout, and worked efficiently while keeping the site tidy. They took care to explain what they were doing and left the property clean and well organised once the job was completed.
Customer service was outstanding. The team clearly explained how the battery system and gateway operate and how they provide backup power during outages. Knowing the system will keep the power on during blackouts has given us great peace of mind. Overall, the support and communication before, during, and after the installation were excellent.

Very Professional Team
I was impressed by the clear communication at every stage of the process and the attention to detail. The installers arrived right on time and explained the process.
