Very good service, well explained, good quality parts and great installation.09 June 2024
A Great Job
The quote was thorough and it the job was delivered within 3 weeks as scheduled, and done exactly as quoted.They provided excellence advice up front though there could be a little more clarification of the process of transferring to solar.

Very good quality system with high quality installation
the quotation process was very professional. the installation was very efficient, polite, tidy, timely and as promised.the connection with the supplier was handled speedily and completed at the time the system was operational. A small error was corrected cheerlully.

Greenelec - is a family business run by Gareth Fenton, based in Northern Beaches of Sydney; his team members come from the area, they seem to work well together; Gareth is thoughtful and thorough in his approach; I found him to be very transparent in his pricing; the followup has been excellent, even turning up on a Saturday morning to rectify a small problem.
Enlighten App works well.
Great experience
Our experience with GreenElec was excellent from start to finish. The quote process was easy with a prompt old-school onsite visit followed up within 24 hours with quotes for alternative installations. Further explanation of the alternative options and response to questions was provided quickly. There was no hard sell or unrealistic projections. Installation was on-time, efficient and the team left the site spotless. GreenElec handled all the documentation and the grid connection. The same held true for the subsequent battery installation. We spent a lot of time researching residential solar and several installers before settling on GreenElec. They were a good choice.
