RJAY Electrical Services has been operating for the past 25 years and have been directly involved in the solar industry for most of these years. We employs staff across 3 locations – all our staff are highly trained, licensed electricians with qualifications including both grid connect and stand alone solar installation accreditation and many other industry based qualifications.
We deliver projects across Queensland, and have completed large scale installations in many key regional centres along with countless homes and businesses in the south east Queensland.
At our Solar Office you can see over 250 panels in a working solar system or make an appointment to see our 300+ panel testing facility at Rocklea.
In a commitment to providing the best installation services, we invest in regular professional development for our staff with ongoing training of apprentices and re-skilling of qualified technicians to deliver to you, our customers and best possible workforce for your home or business. Fantastic Customer Support
Our experience with R Jay Solar has been one that we could not rate highly enough. The whole process beginning with the customer support offered through to the installation process was very professional. The pricing was competitive from the start. We were very impressed with the care taken by the installers and our job was completed efficiently and in a very friendly manner. AS this was all new for us it is difficult to compare. Our 'nice' salesperson convinced us to go with 12 Neon panels and Enphase inverters because of issues with trees and shade. We have the system running after a nearly 7 week wait for Origin our retailer to send someone out to install the necessary bits they do. Turned it on four days ago. All looks good. We imported up to 25 KW a day when the conservative estimate from installer was 18 to 20 kw. This in early October in Brisbane.7 months later we asked Gail and Don: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Yes though am still learning about cloud days ect. We elected to have a system that promised 3.9 Kw and a verbal estimate this would give us 18-20 .. per day. It does when sun is shining.Bit early to provide useful info re relative costs via ORIGIN in Queensland. - solar feed in tariffs started at &c and we negotiated it up to 15c in January.
Slow start in September when ORIGIN took six weeks to do their switch on bit.
Our installer has been helpful re the one or two information calls we've made to them

I know RJAY dont subscribe to your site. I understand their reasons, however, it means i think none of your suppliers could quote on LG. (I might be wrong about that).

R Jay Electrical removed my old 1.2kWh system, installed new feet and rail system to tile roof and worked around our roof restoration project. R Jay Electrical arranged all the paperwork for energy network, rebates for STC's through to post installation monitoring system. Exceptional service.
Our Micro Inverter system is Enphase IQ7+ with system monitoring with 34 x LG Neon 2 panels. I would highly recommend R Jay Electrical with prompt communication, quality service and a great installation team. I have slashed my power bills to zero since! Talk to the team and spend your money on a quality system with the service to back you up!
P.S 1000kWh (Kilo Watt Hours) or 1MWH (Mega Watt Hours) produced in 20 days with some overcast and rainy days is impressive!

Anyway, they have been helpful now in getting us underway. The guys that did the installation were all very nice and the company sent another person out to change one of our zones and the water around the motor.

Did a good job with clean up and rubbish removal.
We received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Would highly recommend this company.

We really liked the fact that he knew what he was talking about and was not just a sales person (he has previous experience in solar installation and also works on the RJ Electrical installations). We felt that we could trust his advice and there was absolutely no pressure to choose his company. We also liked that RJ Electrical do not just work with solar and have been around for a while. Another positive was that the LG solar panels come with a warranty that is transferable (if the house is sold) which is great and rare from what I can tell. The whole experience with RJ Electrical was stress free and we would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone wanting a top quality system that doesn't cost the earth that comes with honest and practical advice from the first encounter to the last.

Had a problem with the inverter tripping but the installer fixed it quickly. All good now.
