Sine Wave Solar & Electrical is a Newcastle-based business with our own in-house install teams. No sub-contractors, just dedicated people who take pride in quality workmanship.
We only install the highest quality equipment, which is why we can back every system with a 10-year zero-fee callout policy. If a fault is related to our equipment or installation, we’ll come out and fix it free of charge.
We also monitor your system in-house, so if a fault ever pops up, we know about it before you do. No checking apps, no guesswork.

Prompt and efficient service
It was good to have a face to face meeting with the rep to discuss my objectives and the right size. Installation was very professional and the installer explained how the monitor app works. I haven't received a bill yet from the retailer so I hope it matches what the app is telling me.Supplier Reply:

The quoting process was smooth, I changed my mind and added a few things on the way through and it seemed to be no hassle.After confirming the quote I had it installed within a month.

Great to start but slow to complete
The quote process was great,booked for install but weather stopped completion ,but instal not recommenced till end of week and not all parts in stock ,then nxt instal date a week later bad weather,needs to be install completed nxt work day
Bills Down, Service Up, Couldn't Be Happier
We are extremely happy with our solar installation from Sine Wave Solar & Electrical, who installed a Sigenergy battery, inverter, and solar panels for us.Since having the battery installed, we've seen a significant drop in our electricity bills. The install team were respectful, tidy, and happy to answer all our questions throughout the process.
From our initial quote request through to completion, the team kept us informed every step of the way and did a wonderful job. Once the installation was finished, they walked us through the app so we understood how to read and interpret our system's data.
We especially appreciated their post-installation service — handling all the paperwork with our electricity provider and making sure we had the correct metering in place. Highly recommend!
