We are a Newcastle based business with in-house install teams (no sub-contractors) all highly dedicated to providing high quality service and workmanship!
Because we only use the highest quality equipment we are able to back our work with a 10 year zero fee callout policy.
Meaning if you have a fault or issue with your system we will be there to fix it free of charge.
For your peace of mind we also take care of the monitoring of your system in house so if you ever do happen to have a fault pop up we are notified without you having to worry or even look!

Prompt and efficient service
It was good to have a face to face meeting with the rep to discuss my objectives and the right size. Installation was very professional and the installer explained how the monitor app works. I haven't received a bill yet from the retailer so I hope it matches what the app is telling me.Supplier Reply:

The quoting process was smooth, I changed my mind and added a few things on the way through and it seemed to be no hassle.After confirming the quote I had it installed within a month.

Great to start but slow to complete
The quote process was great,booked for install but weather stopped completion ,but instal not recommenced till end of week and not all parts in stock ,then nxt instal date a week later bad weather,needs to be install completed nxt work day
