About
Solbase was founded in 2019 to raise the standard of how solar and battery systems are designed, installed and supported. We deliver solar, battery storage, EV charging and energy management systems for residential, commercial and community projects, with a focus on performance, compliance and long-term reliability.
Solbase is an engineering based energy company led by a management team with deep experience across electrical engineering, grid connection, battery systems and large-scale solar operations. This ensures every system is designed to perform as intended in the real world, not just look good on a proposal.
Every project is managed end to end by Solbase through our in-house design, commissioning and customer care teams, and delivered by our own in-house installers as well as a carefully selected network of experienced, fully licensed and SAA Accredited installers. All installers work to Solbase engineering standards, processes and quality controls, ensuring consistent workmanship and full accountability on every project.
We do not sell generic packages. Each system is custom engineered based on energy usage, site conditions and network requirements, and built using a carefully selected premium product range of Tier 1 solar panels, inverters and battery systems chosen for performance, reliability and long-term manufacturer support.
We provide free quotes and site visits, and every installation is backed by a 10 year workmanship warranty, supported by ongoing aftercare and maintenance.
Our work has been recognised as a SunWiz Top 20 Retailer, and we are a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer, NETCC Approved, and a Sigenergy Certified Installer, reflecting our commitment to quality, compliance and technical excellence.

Excellent Sigenergy & Jinko solar panel installation
We had a Sigenergy battery system and Jinko solar panels installed by Solbase and have been very happy with the entire experience. Before deciding, we obtained quotes from a few different companies, however we ultimately chose Solbase because they were very responsive from the beginning and took the time to complete a site visit before finalising the proposal.From the quoting stage with Max through to installation by their in-house team and support afterwards, they have been professional, responsive and very easy to deal with. They explained the options clearly and helped us choose a quality system that suited our usage. The installation itself was completed neatly, and the team made sure we understood how to monitor and use the system before leaving, which has really helped us.
The biggest result has been seeing our electricity bills now move into credit, which is amazing. The system is performing really well and we can already see the value of investing in these quality products.
Overall, we’re very happy with Solbase and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery storage for their home.

Good communication and smooth installation
We had Solbase quote and install 13kw of solar panels with a 16kw battery using Sigenergy components. The whole process went smoothly except for the issue of the NSW Gov removing the battery rebate due to the Federal Gov battery rebate but we came to an agreement on this. The system is working really well and I highly recommend Solbase to anyone looking for a solar system.Panel rating: 5/5

Overall excellent experience with Solbase
I received 10+ quotes and after a detailed evaluation decided to progress with Solbase.The sales/quoting process was smooth and pricing was competitive.
The installers professional and polite and spent time to help connect my inverter app.
The Solbase team had my Solar system installed yesterday. The system is working well and the sales to installation process was overall very smoothe. Also the owner visited on the installation day to say hi and check everything progressing well which was a nice touch.

Great value and excellent service
The quote process was good with a wide range of price options. In general most providers were offering combinations of the same equipment so the choice came down to price and confidence in the installation and customer service.Solbase provided the lowest price. I requested to speak to their installer on site before selecting. The installer provided excellent answers to my questions, had over 700 installation jobs and also appreciated the need for care in avoiding roof damage during the installation. Based on this factors I selected Solbase. On the day the team were really good. They took care to make sure the installation was carefully undertaken and aesthetically pleasing. I am happy to say that the job went well. It was completed in about 4 hours without damage or incident. The panels look great and are working well. The wireless inverter app is easy to use and provides sufficient information for my needs. Overall I am very happy with the process and outcome.

Trusted Team for Solar & Battery Storage
We were referred to Solbase by our neighbour after seeing the solar and battery system they installed, and we’re really glad we reached out.From our first consultation with Shirin through to the site visit and installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. We ended up installing a 20kW Jinko solar system with 48kWh Sigenergy battery storage, and the team did an excellent job. Everything was completed neatly and they took the time to explain how the system works and how to get the most out of it.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but we were genuinely impressed with the experience and grateful for the support throughout. We’ve been so happy with the outcome that we’re now looking forward to having a 100kW solar and battery project with Solbase for our business.
