Good Installation and system performing well
Started looking in January 2022, paid deposit in April and due to supply problems with the battery installation wasn’t until late August. I asked all suppliers a lot of questions and 4Front were happy to answer them all and redo the quote numerous times as different options were explored. They were the only ones who physically visited the house. Installation was done in one day by 2 very competent sub-contractors who left no mess. After such a long wait it was disappointing that it took another 8 days after the installation for 4Front to return and turn the system on. A minor problem was caused by them installing a 32A inverter supply switch instead of the recommended 40A which caused it to trip a few times until being replaced. 4Front arranged grid connection.Redback were very helpful before I placed the order, happy to talk about their system and sent me a lot of information. The Redback monitoring software is simple and informative. Everything is working smoothly now and although I have nothing to compare it with, I am happy with the output. The system has supplied nearly 80% of my usage since it was installed – obviously I haven’t live through a winter yet.

Happy with installation but had to intervene.
The sales person was punctual, polite and gave practical advice about the size of the system and the installation. The initial quote was for the cheapest panels this company supply. I had to ask for quotes for other panels. I would rather be given a range to chose from in the initial quote, as one other company did.On the day of installation I was surprised to have a different electrical company turn up to do the installation. I think the job is very tidy however I was quite disappointed I needed to ask them not to put the inverter on the hot, weather exposed western wall of my house, as they intended, and instead put it next to the metre box on a covered verandah wall where it will always be in the shade. I was so glad I had done some reading of the great information on the Solarquotes website!!
Grid connection was organised promptly.

Great installer.
The guys from 4Front services were the first to quote me, they offered sound advice on energy saving, they were professional without being pushy for the sale. They got back to me quickly with answers to my questions after they had left . The install happened faster than I anticipated with the guys working in difficult weather conditions. Very polite. Very tidy. I felt really comfortable leaving them with access to my home while I was out. I didn’t buy a top of the range system because of price constraints but I feel confident that the quality is sufficient to my needs. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 4Front Services. Great company
Beau from 4front services was very helpful and patient with me as I changed my mind about 4 times, it was never to much trouble to change our system till we were happy with what we were going to get, Jake and Daniel installed our system and were very professional and polite in their work, customer service was excellent and always answered any questions we had, I would highly recommend Beau and his team11 March 2021

The 4FRONT Team member met with us initially and we were given clear details of cost and the proposal.There was no pressure to commit.
There was clear communication once we agreed to go ahead.
The team arrived on time, they were efficient, polite, friendly and respected our home while on the roof.
We are very pleased with our unit. It looks fabulous on our roof and our builder was very impressed with the quality and installation.
The team have followed up with us since installation and immediately answered any questions we have had.
The grid connection went ahead without any issues. We are now up and running.

Fantastic Service by 4Front Services
4Front Services have recently completed a solar installation on my new house. The quote I received was prompt and extremely comparable. They installed the panels on time. They were extremely neat and tidy. The level of customer service I have received was exemplary, they ensured I understand how the system worked, assisted with setting up my app on my phone. Great Product even better service
From the start of the process 4Front Services were totally professional there information , knowledge & understanding of our requirements were first class . The installation was delivered on time & being a tradesperson myself I can clearly see it of the highest standard, All documentation was completed by this company with no hiccups from safety or regulatory authorities, We have recommended this company to neighbours who have just had there install completed with rave reviews, I would highly recommend 4Front Services if anyone is contemplating solar .Regards Dale

Quick installation
4Front's sales quoting process was professional, responsive and informative. Email responses to several queries were received within a day of being sent.The installation was brought forward after request by the installer due to forecast rain on the original installation date. Installation of the 6.67kW system was completed in a single day by two installers. All visible components have been installed neatly. The installation regulator has since provided confirmation that all aspects of the installation is high quality.
4Front's customer service was first class.

Excellent customer service right through quote and site plan to installation and acceptance. No issues and time from quote to install was only 10 days.
