Battery installation
Victor made the quoting process smooth and straightforward. The install team handled everything — setup, grid connection, and showing me how to use the charger — all done professionally and on time04 November 2025
Vicky was easy to deal with
I was comparing several quotes and vicky from arinna solar answered all my questions and he’s really fantastic to deal with. He also suggested did energy audit at my place. I have agreed in September and i have been promised the installation by mid Oct, however it got delayed and installed on 3rd Nov but he explained the issue and kept me informed all the time.04 November 2025

It all started when I contacted Vicky (Victor) K from Arinna Solar. From the very beginning, Vicky impressed me with his extensive knowledge of different solar battery products and their technical features. After discussing various options, I decided to go with a 30kW Alpha ESS battery, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice! Product is surely value for money. I did lots of shopping around but Victor gave me the best price that no one could beat. I have referred quite few friends to Victor many have installed too..The communication throughout the process was excellent — Vicky kept me informed every step of the way. The installation team was professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. They helped to set up the Alpha ESS app on my phone and took the time to explain how to monitor and manage the system.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The battery system is performing beautifully, and the customer service from Arinna Solar was exceptional from start to finish.
I would highly recommend Arinna Solar and Vicky K to anyone considering a new solar battery installation. You’ll be in great hands!
