Good Install - No Post Install Support
Jordan was helpful with the initial sales support and he & Matt did a good job with the install.I started having problems with the solar production dropping off the chart. Reached out to Audra twice and didn't hear anything....nothing.
If you just want someone to do the job and that's it then go with them otherwise try a company that actually provides post support.

Great service all round
First contact was with Jordan. We supplied some initial information regarding our electricity usage and then he came to our home and clearly explained our options.Within a few days he supplied a quote for solar and battery with three options for us to choose from.
We also obtained two other quotes, however neither person, although helpful, visited our home.
We had some questions and Jordan provided immediate assistance, including provision of another quote that better suited our needs.
Jordan advised us that Audra did all their own work onsite and that he would be there on the day of installation.
On the day of installation, Jordan and his partner Matt arrived with another person. They commenced on time and worked to complete the job without any issues. From a previous roof inspection, we knew we may have some broken/chipped tiles and they identified those sealed them and advised us, so we could obtain replacements.
Upon completing the solar and battery installation, Matt explained how to install the app on our phones so we could have access to the system and the basic operation.
They packed up their tools etc and left. Later that day we had a question about the operation of the system and Matt returned the next day to check it out. All was resolved.
We would thoroughly recommend Audra Energy.

Great company to deal with
Recently had Audra energy install a solar and battery system. Matt was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process.He promptly come round to provide a quote and spent the time getting to understand our needs and recommend a system that had us covered, even getting up on the roof to make sure what we settled on was going to fit.
Install was completed over two days, with no hassles at all. Highly recommend Matt it anyone looking for a stress-free process tha don’t cost an arm and a leg!

An excellent PV and Battery System, quality workmanship and excellent service.
Audra Energy was recommended by my son who is a very experienced and fussy electrician.They were punctual, gave thorough advice on type, placement and sizing of the system.
Installation was exactly as discussed and workmanship was given a thumbs up by my very fussy electrician.
Handover was professional, with a thorough demonstration and instruction and all my questions re both hardware and software answered.
Best of all is the quality of after sales service. Calls (not frequent) always answered and questions addressed as the learning process goes on.
An example: I have 14.9 kw of PV but as the days grew longer and the sun got higher the system would not charge above 9.9 kw. I phoned Audra and Matt was straight onto the case. He checked the system online but couldn't see anything wrong so he immediately contacted the SigEnergy installer help team. They obviously found the problem because the next day the system was charging at well over 13 kw.
The true test of a trustworthy company is whether they'll still be there after the invoice has been paid. Audra Energy has passed with flying colours.
