Great job very transparent
Could not recommend Deionno Electrical highly enough, after getting multiple quotes from various companies I decided to go with Deionno as they were the only company who made the effort to come out and inspect my property, they also took the time to explain the pros and cons of having a battery which helped me decide which system I wanted. They were very easy to deal with and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, they were even able to squeeze my install in earlier than originally planned. The install was very professional and the install staff took the time to explain everything about the system and how to use the battery company's app. If you're looking for a great team that does great work and are easy to deal with Deionno Electrical is the team for you.20 August 2026
Effective Installation Crew
The quoting process was responsive and professional. The installation was on time; the crew were very effective and efficient. The introduction to the system and app were all good. The day after the installation we did have an unexpected power outage that caused us some concern, and the communication process could have been more effective.Inverter rating: 5/5

Fantastic install
This company was easy to work with . I only had one issue the system I paid a deposit on had to be changed up two days before install which cost me more.The sales person worked with me to sort this out quickly. Their workers arrived on time were tidy and polite.

Deionno Electrical & Solar
Deionno Electrical & Solar were absolutely fantastic, I had extra panels installed on my roof.From the first point of contact to the finishing of the work and the follow up, cannot fault at all.
Was adviced on the day of the measure and quote, that they were on their way with a time frame of arrival. The person arrived on time.
I asked questions regarding solar and the person explained every thing to me in terms of making it easy to understand.
The connection with me the customer was brilliant and made me feel at ease knowing this person knew exactly what they were talking about.
I was informed every step of the way with the planning of the panels on the roof to the inverter.
I was informed of the day of installation and what time the blokes would be here to do the work. On time and the most pleasant workers. They adviced me on the day, what they would be doing and how long the job would take. They took the time to program my phone to my solar as I admitted I had no idea how to do it. Was not a problem for them to do it.
I am so impressed with Deionno electrical & Solar, with the way the keep you informed at every contact, that i highly recommend them to anyone who is looking at getting work done. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with them.

Solar Inverter upgrade and battery install
Straight forward process to book in a home visit quote, and go through requirements.Price was competitive, and information we received was helpful and individual to our house configuration and electricity usage to make an informed decision on purchase.
Install was completed with excellent customer service throughout, and trades attending were polite, tidy and careful.
Connection to app was easy and process from start to finish made easy.

Easy, trouble free process
From the initial quote through to the installation, the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free. The team were friendly, punctual and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. The installation was completed neatly and professionally, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. They explained how the system works and took the time to make sure I was comfortable using the app before they left. Great experience, great system - felt in safe hands
Fantastic experience start to finish. Site visit to quote was comprehensive and Jake took the time to really think through our current and future needs and present options for us. Installation delays due to rain were communicated effectively. Upgrade of an existing system on a tricky roof could have been tough but installers Alek and the crew were organised, efficient, and communicated well. Installation day was a breeze and the cleanup immaculate. After install support has been responsive and helpful. Would recommend.14 July 2026

Professional Installation and support before and after the completion
Sales/quoting process was handling professionally and friendly allow me to get a few more quotes for comparison.Installation Team very friendly and supportive, tidy up any rubbish and very punctual, very helpful.
Customer service is next level and help organise the connection after the installation.

Great experience from start to finish
We had a good experience with Deionno Electrical and Solar. Everyone we have connected with has been friendly, professional and helpful, including for quoting, booking the install, the actual install and invoicing. The team who did the install were punctual and friendly. They look to have done a great job with the panels, inverter and battery and it all looks neat and tidy. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked in with me throughout the day and then explained how to use the app to monitor the system. They also showed me a photo of where the panels were. We have received a few check in messages to make sure everything is working well which makes us feel like valued customers not just a number.Panel rating: 4/5

Top quality installers
We chose DeIonno from three referred by Solar quotes as the salesperson was the most thorough and helpful. All three quotes were within a few hundred dollars of each so price wasnt the determining factor.Installation was earlier than expected and the electricians timely, thorough, tidy and professional. Post install support was needed to adjust system pending connection to Amber Smartshift which occured over just two days as a i was an existing Amber customer. The 8kw panel system is generating 40kw of energy on these hot sunny days and a truer test will come in the cloudy rainy winter months. The 16kw battery is being fully charged before midday on these sunny days.
After one year i will be clearer on system efficiency and whether payback period is likely to be in the estimated period.

I will never use them again!
Many issues and damage to my property which I have had to fix myself.Supplier Reply:
Hi Damien,Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re disappointed to read this, as it doesn’t reflect how the project progressed from our side.
Up until the final stages of the job, you had indicated you were happy with the installation and the work completed. The concerns escalated only once additional works outside the agreed scope were requested to be completed at no cost, which we weren’t able to agree to.
This was a large and complex system (over 30kW), and our team spent over a week on site completing the works. The solar and electrical installation itself was completed in line with the agreed scope and applicable standards.
A number of the issues raised relate to existing building and structural items that became apparent during or after the installation, particularly around the garage roof and skylight area. These were not caused by our team and were identified as pre-existing construction issues that require attention from a builder or carpenter, which was communicated at the time.
Where genuine issues were identified, we offered to return to site and address them, and we did attend to complete outstanding items. Some items were also rectified by yourself before our return visit, despite us advising that we would handle them.
It’s unfortunate the situation escalated the way it did, as we were actively trying to work toward a fair resolution. While we don’t agree with several of the statements made, we respect your right to share your experience.
We stand by the quality of our work and the professionalism of our team, and we encourage anyone considering Deionno Electrical & Solar to contact us directly if they have questions around scope, inclusions, or system design before installation.

Battery and gateway installation.
The actual installation was carried out quickly and staff were cooperative and polite. However, when I queried the suitability of the mains connection and breaker sizing I was repeatedly told there was no problem. Well it turns out there is a problem because I cannot charge the battery and run appliances concurrently and after asking them to quote to rectify the problem, they chose not to return calls. There was also a problem with them putting their details into the system so I could actually use its features. After initially denying there was a problem they looked further and discovered there actually was an issue, it was quickly rectified. The company seems predominately focussed on getting in and getting out as quickly as possible and is dismissive of anything that may hinder that. Several contractors have inspected the installation and acknowledged the need for an upgrade but ultimately have declined the work. At least one said the work should have been carried out during the battery installation. I will continue my quest to find a contractor.Inverter rating: 5/5

Great experience for total novices
My husband and I were impressed by Deionno Group from the start with the sales person who had all the answers to our questions ( there was a lot ) his patience and honesty, we didn’t need as big a system as originally thought from info we supplied when asking for a quote.There was great communication both before and during our experience.
There was a slight hitch ( panels not available ) but they definitely offered an advantageous ( to us ) solution that we were more than happy with.
They were punctual and left the areas very tidy. They provided information and set up for the website to monitor the solar and tried to help with our internet problem, which had nothing to do with the installation.
I would strongly recommend Deionno Group to anyone, especially those not sure if it is for them , and looking for a solar set up.
Our system was up and running straight away and the battery was charged hours before the end of the day ready to use that night.

Fantastic Transition to Solar Batteries
They came. They listened. They understood.They provided proven experience and quality products to match our needs. Their advise was respectful to our needs and SAPN and spot on.
We even managed to retain our existing solar system. And incorporated our exiting J tariff HW system into the new gateway.
Installation team were excellent. Great bunch of guys all willing to do the best job and talked to each other to resolve any issues. Board was rewired with new breakers and if very neat and clean.
System installed now for two days, batteries are fully charged and to date no power from grid!! In fact still managing to export to grid!! Happy days I think!!
