Polite, prompt and professional, but didn't fully understand my system
The quoting process didn't involve an on site inspection, so they set themselves up for failure by not understanding that I needed an AC coupled system as I already had a Fronius inverter with smart consumption meter and EV charger setup to use excess solar. This information didn't get passed to the installer for the day, so he needed to design the system on the fly, requiring tech support from the battery manufacturer and initially installed the backup circuits to bypass my Fronius smart meter, impeding the EV charger from using excess solar, so as part of my verification this was addressed on site. They did provide me with adequate information to operate the system and a signed CCEW. A more robust quoting and planning process would be beneficial.Inverter rating: 5/5
