Review for ElecFX Solar Installation – Tesla Powerwall 3. VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!
I recently had ElecFX install a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery at my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From our initial discussions to the final installation, everything was completed exactly as planned. The team arrived promptly and stuck to the agreed timeline, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.A special shoutout to Vernon and Jordan, who truly went above and beyond. The installation took place in my garage and involved navigating a double brick wall—up into the second story and down to the switchboard located on the opposite side of the house. Despite the complexity, they executed the job with absolute precision, resulting in one of the cleanest installs I’ve ever seen, and I work in the industry, so I have seen a few. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were outstanding.
I chose to work with Vernon again because he installed my Enphase system four years ago, and that experience was just as seamless. It made perfect sense to go with someone who consistently delivers excellent work and is easy to collaborate with.
If you're considering solar or battery installation, I highly recommend ElecFX. They’re professional, reliable, and genuinely dedicated to doing the job right.

Top-Notch Solar Installation
ElecFX Group delivered outstanding service with my solar installation. Vernon Nichols, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to clearly explain the products and the entire installation process. The team were professional, reliable and efficient - and all work was carried out personally by the company, not subcontracted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ElecFX Group looking for a trustworthy and skilled installer.

Faultless
This company provided a one stop shop as far as my experience went. This included advice, choice of products with pro's and con's as well ass expectations winter and summer, outstanding punctuality, very polite and very tidy. I cannot fault this company at all.The system I chose was one that complimented my current 5kw system and I added two 8kwH batteries. The connection between the two systems was seamless. This company organised everything and virtually provided me with a plug and play system. I know that if I need any assistance in the future, all I need do is ask. Brilliant, and I cannot recommend this company more.

Excellent job installing our New Battery, Upgrading the Inverter, and setting up a Fast Car Charger.
Vernon and his team did an excellent job installing our new battery, upgrading the inverter, and setting up a fast charger for our car. He also managed our initial solar installation in 2022, and we have been extremely satisfied with his work since then. You honestly can't go wrong with ElecFX —the team's passion for and understanding of technology and renewable energy, combined with their outstanding customer service, guarantee that you get the right products for your energy needs.The ElecFX team set up everything from upgrading firmware and connections to arranging for inspectors to sign off on the completed installation. It is an end-to-end service, and they arrived on time as promised.

Top quality results for a fair price
I live in a single story unit, and share a driveway with 5 other neighbours. We each have a pathetically skinny power supply - only 32A, as our units are quite old. While my place had an existing 5kw solar system, I was very keen to add a battery, and potentially upsize the solar system. I obtained three quotes from Solar Quotes, and also asked another electrician I had used before if he would be interested in doing the work, and of the four, only ElecFX were willing to take on the job! The other three companies all said it wouldn't be possible to get a battery due to the age of the electricity infrastructure at my home. I am very glad I found Vernon as it was a complex install, and he quipped that he would be "up for the challenge"..!From the time he came on site, I was impressed with Vernon's polite and professional demeanor, his willingness to really understand my requirements and his expert technical knowledge. The industry unfortunately has a lot of dodgy operators, and yet electricians need to play the "trusted advisor" role in this energy transition. Thankfully, Vernon is one of the good ones!
We had to wait a while to get SigEnergy stock as the demand with the new Federal rebate is nuts, and he very patiently answered all my questions as I continually changed my mind about the size and spec of the system. He also went above and beyond in my opinion by contacting my power distributor to see how feasible it would be to upgrade the connection (sadly it wasn't). If I was annoying him with all my questions and queries, he never showed it. Thank you Vernon!
I ended up with a 24kwh SigEnergy battery, a 10kw solar system and full home backup with the gateway. I am absolutely stoked with the system, it's performing really well, and Vernon has also helped with some after-sales support questions I had. Thanks to him, I have been able to fully electrify my home, and have even had a few completely self-sufficient energy days, which is pretty amazing in the middle of a Melbourne winter!
I highly recommend ElecFX if you want a high quality install for a fair price, great service and real expert at your home, and look forward to working with Vernon again in the future.
