Very professional team.
Envirosmart smart needed to uninstall an existing 14 years old system and install a new solar system and battery storage. Unfortunately, rainy weather prevented the complete installation on the one day. First thing the next morning, they were back and the new system was commissioned at 4.30pm on the 2nd day16 March 2026
Customer Service
Great customer service, turned up on the scheduled day.Workmanship of the installation was excellent.
They assisted me signing up with Amber on the day.
All up very happy would recommend this company

Knowledgeable, Professional, Efficient
I got quotes from installers recommended by Solar Quotes and got widely differing technical information, and quotes. I went through reviews on Solar Quotes and found Jeremy at Envirosmart, and after 5 minute phone call, I knew I was talking to someone with deep knowledge. His understanding of my needs, the technical information, the quote and the installation were great value, professional and efficient. We are very happy with our installation and his ongoing support!Panel rating: 4/5

Solar/battery install
The sales and quoting process was good. The quote was detailed and the team was helpful in explaining the solar, battery and EV charging options. There was some back-and-forth during the process, but overall, the communication was professional and the system was explained clearly.The installers were professional, polite and respectful of the property. They arrived as scheduled; however, the installation took a little longer than expected (approximately five days) because the supplier delivered the incorrect panel brackets on two occasions.
Overall, the installation went fairly well, although there were some issues during commissioning. When the power was turned on after the installation, there was a power surge that resulted in electrical boards being damaged in several household appliances, including the oven, dishwasher, Billi water system and garage door motor.
The cause of the power surge could not be identified, and fortunately the issue did not occur again. My insurance did not cover the motor-related damage, and as there was no confirmed fault that could be attributed to the installer’s public liability insurance, resolving the matter through that process would have taken considerable time.
The installer offered to contribute 50% towards the repair/replacement costs for the damaged items, which I accepted. Overall, I was satisfied with the installers’ professionalism, although the commissioning issues and resulting appliance damage were understandably a concern.
How was the customer service?
Customer service has been good overall. The team has been responsive when I have had questions about the system and installation. They have also assisted with the grid connection process following installation. I was provided with information on the system and how to use the equipment, although I would have appreciated a little more detailed guidance on some of the app and system features.
