Top quality service from start to finish.
Nathan contacted me quickly after I requested three installer recommendations from Solar Quotes.I wanted to double the size of my existing solar plant and required monitoring of the entire system including the existing non-monitored plant.
He visited the site the next day and spent the time to listen to my ideas of what I wanted to achieve and the componentry I wanted as a minimum quality. He provided a quote that evening and after some discussion on pricing he got my business due to his knowledge of what he was doing, and his professional assistance.
NG Elec did all the paperwork and approvals quickly, turned up on the allocated day and the team were efficient and polite from start to finish.
They struck a small glitch with the monitoring due to an incorrectly supplied part but diagnosed it with the help of Sungrow support and fixed in a couple of days.
I would highly recommend Nathan and his team to anyone.

Right from the outset Nathan responded to our request for a quote with promptness and professionalism. He provided a clear concise information and reports on quality components being used. When the installers came on time, they were polite and well organised installing the unit within a day as promised. Nathan concluded the install by walking us through the system and the Consumption App. Very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Nathan and his team.
