Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
We couldn't be happier with Prestige Renewables. From the very first quote right through to installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.The sales and quoting process was straightforward, with no pressure or confusion. They took the time to explain our options, answered any questions we had and made sure we were getting the best solution for our needs.
The installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, were polite and respectful, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. You could tell they took pride in their work.
The customer service was outstanding aswell. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, helped organise the grid connection after the installation, and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. They also reach out later on to make sure we are still happy with our solar etc.
I highly recommend Prestige Renewables to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly solar installer. A genuinely 10/10 experience.

Very easy process from start to finish
Prestige Renewables were great to deal with. From initial contact to installation it was easy. They took the time to research the best options based on our circumstances & didn’t try to upsell or push things onto us.The installation was only a few weeks after we’d accepted the quote & the team were organised, efficient & cleaned up after themselves.
We didn’t have to do anything on the day & once they were finished they organised the grid connection & walked us through how the app works. Would highly recommend then for solar & battery installation

Good to work with
First they actually came out to see us, on time. There was no pressure from. Sales rep but good advise.The installers were very efficient and knew their job and the electrician was very helpful and neat and they all left everything neat and tidy

Very happy with the end result , as we were told it would be.
Very well presented regarding quote, very helpful from the sales guys, installation neat and tidy true professionalism and well mannered crew, on time and good work man ship. All connecting and work with Ergon was done by Prestige Renewal all we can say is thank you very much for helping out and show us how to save on our electricity bills now and in the future. We recently had a battery and inverter upgrade completed by Prestige Renewables, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.From the very beginning, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and took the time to clearly explain how to maximise the performance of our existing solar system. Professional service from start to finish
The install could not have gone better. Blake gave me daily updates on when he was turning up each day, what had been completed and what was still to do.They were very polite and very clean. No mess was left at the end of the install. I only had power off for 1.5 hours over the entire 3 days.
My install was big at over 40 panels of solar and 48 kwH of storage. I could not fault the whole process.

Prestige installation
The entire process was without complication; from receiving and accepting the quote to the installation of the system in less than three weeks.The sales representative from Prestige Renewables was able to clearly communicate with us and was sympathetic to our needs.
The installation was flawless; with the removal of our old, defunct system, installing the new set up, cleaning up and organising the grid connection afterwards.

Very happy with install and sales experience
Nick made a couple of suggestions that made me go with Prestige. A 10 amp plug was added to my inverter so I can use solar if power is out and a plug for a generator was added to my power board. A hot water timer was included as standard.Upgrade to a hybrid inverter was reasonable in terms of price. Price was competitive and Prestige are local to Mackay.
Installation went well and was done quickly. The connection has been organised but is still pending.
The system is significantly exceeding my expectations for electricity production.

At Home Solar
The sales and quotes were similar from the three providers. The installation went smoothly from 07:00 until 12:00. They made the arrangements for Ergon to connect to the grid. Expected to happen in the next 3 weeks.

Prestige Renewables installed a battery at our home recently.Aaron and Dixon were great with sorting where the battery should be positioned and their workmanship was excellent. They were very neat and left the area spotless. Would definitely recommend. After a week or so our Telstra modem failed and they came after work and reconnected us. Great service by these guys. They are a credit to their company. Toby who came and quoted was very helpful and took the time to sort out placement of the battery for the most suitable positioning. He also answered queries post visit which helped us decide to use Prestige Renewables Cairns. We have not been disappointed and are very happy with the workmanship.Battery rating: 5/5
