Excellent service
When I first contacted Jordan, he explained, in detail, the process and options available to me. All subsequent calls and emails were promptly answered. Once I accepted the quote, the installation and post installation paperwork was done quickly and efficiently by the R Solar team. I was kept informed of each stage of the process.10 August 2023

Just add some photos of installation, whatever you can. 2 photos are enough. Inverter and roof (from distance).I had a wonderful experience dealing with Shuey from R Solar and Electrical. From the start, he was able to explain to me the differences in products and recommended a system size that would suit our needs. I was provided with multiple quotes but I chose to go with a hybrid option so I could add a battery later.
The admin team helped me with the pre-approvals and organising a quick installation and completed all the post installation paperwork.
Joseph was great on the day. They were done with the installation in a day.

Smooth solar & battery installation despite industry shortages
Had a 6.6 kW solar system and 24 kWh Sigenergy battery installed in September 2025, right in the middle of widespread supply shortages. R Solar & Electrical managed to secure stock quickly through their specialist channels, while colleagues using other installers are still waiting on inventory ordered earlier. Installation was professional, well-coordinated, and delivered as promised—very pleased with the overall experience.
