Responsive customer service and pleasant to deal with
We were adding battery capacity to an existing 12-month-old battery installed by another contractor who's quote for the expansion was over the top. Several suppliers refused to work on another's installation, so we were grateful to Solar Saving P/L for agreeing to undertake the job without reservation. The quoting process was painless and very quick. I had my quote in a couple of days after my initial enquiry whereas I waited weeks to hear back from other suppliers and had to resort to follow up queries.
The installer was punctual and polite. They did their best but there were several problems getting the systems fully functional due to software issues on the battery supplier's end.

A great installation
The quoting process was detailed and easy to follow. The installers arrived on time and spent the whole day at our house. The insulation looks great. It’s neat and tidy and when the guys left there was no sign of them being there. They gave us all details as to how to operate the system and help with all connections to the grid very satisfied with the Service.15 September 2026
Sigenergy Solar & Battery addition to Solaredge System
The quoting process was thorough and the installer was the only one to get on the roof to quote. They listened to what I was after and quoted accordingly.
Installation was on time within the dates advised.
The installer took the time to show me through the system and how the app works.
The system is operating as per design expectation.

Jan - An expert job well done!
Solar Saving performed the installation of additional panels for RACQ Solar. The assessment of requirements and the follow up installation were well designed and integrated with an earlier system. The team arrived on time and progress was rapidly executed. The team liaised with us at all stages in the process which culminated in an explanation of the monitoring of this system. The whole team were completely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this business.28 May 2026
Michael promises and delivers.
Michael’s quote was several thousand better than his competitors for matching quality equipment. His professional team installed when he said he would and did so quickly and without fuss. They involved me in all decision making, fully instructed me on the system and left the site clean and tidy at the end. Michael then followed up to check the quality of the job and to ensure I was satisfied.I’m a very satisfied customer.
