Poor reconnect og 3 phase power resulting in Extra expense
The installers were fine on the day - however the 3 phase power wasn't reconnected properly resulting in my roller door not working properly - not realizing the problem was related to the install as the motor was an older one, It was finally solved by another electrician after many hours of fault tracking when a new door motor was installed and the 3 phases was found not to be working - this resulted in a bill of nearly $700 to me - so not happy Jan as I have not had any response from Static SolarBattery rating: 4/5

Silky smooth
The salesman was very helpful and informative. The wait for installation was less than we were initially told. The installers battled on in terrible weather until it was unsafe. They were back the next day and did a very neat job. Once the system was running they explained the software and answered all our questions. They cleaned up and took all their rubbish with them. The system has worked perfectly since installation. The admin staff were also very good. It was a painless experience with no hiccups, I would recommend them to anyone.Inverter rating: 5/5

Great to deal with from sales to install.
Seriously, these guys were good to deal with. From quote to install, pricing was competitive and equipment was highly rated (checked with advisory web sites re equipment).No problems, no hassles, no complaints!

Great service from quote to finish installation.
Static Solar at Tweed Heads were excellent. From the quote process where they offered and explained several options to the installers, who were informative and very tidy. They kept us informed all through the purchase and installation, organised everything and checked in several times after the installation to ensure that everything was okay and we were happy. Solar Installation
I can highly recommend Static Solar, from the initial phone call, the communication to the final install.We had Nick, Austen and Tobias who removed our old solar panels and inverter and installed our new system.
These 3 were highly qualified, took their time and did an excellent job,
explained how it worked and connected to wifi.
