Excellent installation team

The installation team, namely Corey, Jake and Richie, were very good. Obviously highly competent in their work and very friendly in their demeanour.

The work is clearly of top quality.

Awesome work from Trey and Ngor

Trey and Ngor were punctual, professional, and easy to deal with from the moment they arrived. They took the time to walk me through the entire installation process step by step, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with how the system works before they left.
Their workmanship was first class. Everything was installed neatly, safely, and with real attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do. On top of that, they left the site spotless, which is something you do not always see these days.
The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress free. If this is the standard they operate at, I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking at a battery installation. Absolute professionals.

Great guys, super helpful & so easy to work with.

We had Corey, Jake & Richard install our solar system today.
They worked super efficiently and cleaned up after themselves - much appreciated! They were really polite, knowledgeable and friendly.
All 3 guys worked super hard and it was very hot here today. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them.
Corey ran through everything with us at the end and answered all our questions. Thanks guys!

My experience with Think has been great from sales to install. Special shout out to Corey, Riccardo and Jacob - The install team were amazing! Very professional, quick and great clean up afterwards. Great workmanship, excellent install and system

Sales and quoting process was easy and straight forward. Installation went well overall, there was an incident first day due to property fault by builder, but all went well and came back the next day to finish the job. Customer service was easy to understand and straight forward. Happy with the system.

Great work by Sam and the team

Sam and the team were great to deal with from start to finish. They gave us a clear heads-up when the power needed to be turned off during the install, which made it much easier to plan around.

Once everything was set up, Sam took the time to walk me through how the battery and system work and explained everything in a really clear and easy-to-understand way. It was great to not feel rushed and to be able to ask questions.

The whole team was professional, friendly and respectful while working at the house, and the install went smoothly. Really happy with the service and the end result. Would definitely recommend Sam and the team.

Exceptional service

Cory from Think Renewable was fantastic at his job. Polite and on time and completed The job in a professional manner and cleaned up after himself taking all of his rubbish away. Cory left Sydney in early hours to drive out to Orange and completed several jobs before arriving at our place the solar inverter that was damaged due to electrical storm at the time arranged. He was indeed a great young fellow who was dedicated to undertake his work at the highest standard. Good on you Cory thumbs up and thankyou for getting our solar up and running. Would recommend Cory and Think Renewable team anytime.

Fantastic installer. Great product and service

Amazing service and easy to understand regarding quote and how to use the system. Had Mateo, Reese and Matt (I think the names correct) as the installers, really easy going and smooth installation. Definitely recommend!

Quick install and easy sign up

Sales and quoting processes were easy and explained well. Maybe a little lengthy with the home visit to quote and sign up, but helpful nonetheless.
Installers arrived on time, explained what they were doing throughout the process and cleaned up the mess at the end of installation.

Clean, efficient and knowledgeable

The sales/ quoting process was straightforward with Joey providing great knowledge of the system and being able to answer all questions thrown at him. He remained easily contactable throughout the entire process up to installation.

The installation was conducted my Samuel and his team. They arrived early and were incredibly polite and helpful. They explained every step, encouraged questions and took great care whilst conducting install. Sam took us through the system explaining everything about it, how it will work and helping with setting up apps for monitoring as well as answering any last minute questions.

The whole process was exceptional.
Faz, the salesman, was very professional and helpful, happy to answer all of our questions.

The installation team, Tray, Brendan and Nor were terrific. Friendly, professional and totally competent.
They worked together like a well oiled machine, each knowing what they had to do and just got on with it.

Nothing was too much trouble, even down to relocating a fridge to a more appropriate position.

A smooth,hassle free installation with great attention to every detail.

They were prompt and very user friendly! They explained the ins and outs of the solar batteries and also identified a problem with an inverter that was also installed and isolated the hazard. Jack also helped with the issue by sending me a report for the problem he found! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thanks so much!

Super straightforward

I’ve had a solar installation in the past and already know the ins and outs.

I appreciated that when I told this to the team they got straight to the point, and didn’t make the process any slower than it needed to be.

The job on the day was done quickly, no fuss, no mess, no damage and the system is working great. Rhys and the guys walked me through everything, and kept the power-outage period to a minimum.
