Our goal is to provide you with solar panel and battery solutions that offer trouble-free operation, excellent value and the maximum return on your investment. We do this through designing and installing the right system size for your specific needs, while also enabling you to take advantage of solar feed-in tariffs through exporting excess energy back to the grid, significantly reducing the costs you pay to your retailer.

As part of the service, we help you to make the most of the current feed-in tariffs in South Australia, and can guide you through the entire process, including claiming small-scale technology certificates (STCs) on your behalf, which can help to reduce the cost of a solar install under the auspices of the federal government's Renewable Energy Target (RET).

Solar in a day

The sales person was nice and explained well all the process, as well as answered all our questions
They installers had a slight issue where, unfortunately they accidentally put their foot through my ceiling-but on a good note this was fix by a great qualified contractor who fixed it as good as new without any issues or delays.
I am happy with the system thus far and hope to continue to be.
I would recommend them, they were very professional and easy to work with

Great company to do business with.

They had quite a job with sales and quotes as I asked many questions and took my time deciding but we were all satisfied with the outcome. The customer service was excellent. I had a lovely lady who kept me up to date with my installation times with emails and phone calls.
Our installation took two days. We had three very nice chaps doing our installation. The weather was hot on the first day while they were working on the roof and poured with rain on the second day but they carried on regardless. They replaced some old panels and installed new ones and a battery. They cleaned up everything when they were finished.
I love how they connected my battery so I can use the app to see what's happening. Everything was explained to us and all went smoothly.
We are very happy with the whole experience.

Great service, neat installation

Sales process was very friendly and seamless, Nathan was very quick to reply to my many questions. Installation was within the specified schedule, install team very neat and efficient. All paperwork handled by Best Solar including the grid connection. So far so good, system is generating as projected. I would definitely recommend this company.

Terrific Customer Service

I obtained three quotes, and Best Solar and Batteries were the only company who suggested that I leave my, perfectly functional, 3 kW system and install the new system around it.
The company had a staffing issue which resulted in the quoted installation not being achievable on my roof. This became obvious when the installers arrived, so they immediately contacted head office and an amended plan was made available to me within minutes. The issue, which involved the orientation of panels. was clearly explained to me and the installers were polite and understanding of my concerns. They would have done the new installation the next day, but bad weather delayed it for a few days.
Between my acceptance of the quote and the installation date the company's prices had risen, but they, without argument, maintained the earlier price.
The staffing issue had been resolved just prior to my initial installation date.
Overall, I was impressed with the speed and flexibility of the company's resolution of the problem, and I'd recommend them.

Fantastic Company and Professionalism

As new home buyers we didn't have a great understanding about solar. Best Solar and Batteries fixed all that. Darcy went above and beyond to helped us out a lot and went into depth to help us understand what we needed and why for the size of our house. The rest of the team throughout the process were amazing. Always answering our questions promptly and keeping us up to date with the process. The installers did an amazing job and did a very neat job with the wiring and didn't leave and anything behind.
We would highly recommending Best Solar and Batteries to anyone that needs solar panels in Adelaide
