Everything was good and I'm very pleased with the installation.
This is the problem! The heat exchange pump had absolutely no written instructions, the QR code did not work, and the sales rep spent 2 hours over 2 visits to connect the Wi-Fi! The first visit was taken up by finding the Wi-Fi box which is a bump on the front with 2 screws, no labelling!
Sigenergy was connected to my Wi-Fi at installation by a tech, using my phone. I attempted to change from the Wi-Fi extension (unreliable) to the main router, couldn't do it. The installer offered a callout at $150. My grandson fixed it in 10 mins!
The QR code for the Sigenergy is totally hidden from view and requires the removal of 3 panels which feel insubstantial and likely to break if too much force used. See pics.
There must be written basic instructions and links to installer/ YouTube videos!
The technology is advanced and constantly changing. Installers have a duty of care to ensure appropriate function.

Very happy customer
Easy to work with, great service and good price for quality system.
Fabulous, Friendly Efficient.
BJWhite solar did a great job with all aspects from the initial contact to the completed installation. We like that the company provided the battery, the replacement inverter and updated the power board and completed the installation.
The price was very competitive; they visited the site and advised us on the various options that would meet our needs completed all the paperwork etc to get the government rebate.
On the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and communicative. They were tidy and mindful of our property.
They then provided follow up communication to ensure we were satisfied with everything and happy they the app that went with the system.
