Outstanding experience
Excellent communication by the East Coast team. When parts didn't arrive, they let me know, they were accommodating with the installation date due to my work roster. The installers were polite, professional and cleaned up everything before they left. Very tidy and neat install.

A good company to deal with
Quick and professional job. The team were here on a wet day, but worked through the weather regardless. The quotation and installation process was easy for us - and they cleaned up after themselves as well.14 December 2025
Battery installation by East Coast Energy Solutions
Ease Coast reviewed our existing Solar Panels and usage and tailored their recommendations for Battery Storage. They presented their quote in a clear and easy to understand manner, addressing our queries and concerns promptly, with understanding.With consultation the installation date was postponed at our request due to Dan having surgery.
East Coast contacted us again to confirm a rescheduled installation date within the time period that we requested.
Installation was carried out on the day and time specified, with efficiency, leaving our garage clean and tidy. Chris explained and demonstrated the setup and operation.
In addition, when we contacted Chris the next day with a problem regarding the Solar.web app he was able to get it sorted for us promptly (within half an hour).
Have already recommended this company to family and friends.

Great to deal with. Really great install team. Very helpful all round.
The sales and quoting was professional and helpful no matter how many times I contacted them for information.There was never any pressure to select one system over another, just helpful advice.
The install crew was punctual, efficient and tidy. They were very accomodating to my requests regarding me cleaning, replacing rusty screws and repairing minor damaged paint under the old system that was being removed prior to the new system install. I was shown the way the new system was setup and connected to the main switchboard and how to shutdown and reboot the system if ever necessary. It was explained to me how to set up the password for the first use and shown how the system appears in the online app.

Great solar installer in Townsville! Highly recommended.
Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jon explained the options clearly and provided very competitive quotes.The main installer Corey was outstanding to deal with, going above and beyond to check with us throughout the install to make sure we were happy. He treated the job as if it were his own home, even recommending to install the Gateway in our garage despite the extra time and cost involved, ensuring it will last well into the future. Clayton also did a great job with the panels.
I would happily recommend East Coast Energy Solutions to anyone in Townsville.

Solar works with no probs, installer went above and beyond, 5 stars!
Explained my options really well. Really nice and polite, helpful, on schedule and worked well after normal hours to finish. Couldn't be better
