Harvest Energy installation of 13.3kW rooftop solar PV system in Hobart, Tasmania
Tye came to assess our place for solar PV and a battery system, and was excellent to deal with from the start. He happily worked through several quote revisions with us to fine-tune the setup that best suited our needs — no hard sell, just practical advice. In the end, we chose solar only, along with a Catchpower Control to make better use of excess solar for hot water.Harvest Energy offers a good range of products and focuses on finding the right solution for you, rather than pushing a particular brand or upgrade. Communication was easy throughout, and Tye quickly sorted a small issue along the way.
Harvest Energy also took care of the grid connection process and organised the Certificate of Likely Compliance required in Tasmania for solar panel installations over 38m², which made the whole process much easier for us.
The installation team — Tony, Philip and Romeo — were punctual, polite, tidy, and kept us informed of progress throughout the job. They were professional and respectful while working around our home, and we were also happy to have them complete a few additional electrical jobs while they were here.
We’re really happy with the final result and would happily recommend Harvest Energy to friends and family.
