Great value and excellent communication
Very knowledgeable and helpful sales and installation staff. Provided options, answered follow up questions promptly, checked in prior to installation date. Installation went well and communication with installers was good.Overall, I'm very happy with the value, the installation, and HE's customer service.

Solid Products, Wonderful People
The installers came out and were great - extremely easy to get along with, very patient and happy to explain things. Efficient as well.Initially it actually turned out that my Power Meter wasn't picking up the solar coming INTO my house for over a month. I spoke to HE Solutions who worked with me diligently to figure out the problem. Once Energex came out and swapped the old meter for a new one (which - for those who know nothing about the process like I did, was nothing to do with HE Solar, it was a standard electricity thing that needs to happen) then the solar power was correctly picked up.
The TLDR of that means - I got no solar for the first month because my house's existing meter didn't know what to do with the solar coming in. That means the solar was installed correctly - indeed, HE Solar was so concerned that they openly agreed to cover my power bills if it turned out that my install was faulty. In the end it was all fine, but the staff were great in their communication and general willingness to help out. I've had the system now for about 5-6 months and it works great. I never really get past 7 kw (out of the max of 10kw), but that's my roof's accessilibty to sunlight, not the install.
I'd happily recommend HE Solutions.
