No high-pressure tactics, easy to communicate with, great follow up with any teething problems

The sales/quoting process was great, the installation scheduling was well coordinated, the customer service was needed when an installation error had the battery charging from the grid and not the solar initially, which was rectified in a week. The Goodwe app and the monitoring would be better if I had a DC coupled system instead of the AC coupled system.

Unfortunately, I had a pre-existing 4Kw Enphase AC 3 phase solar system and a 5Kw 3 Phase Zeversolar DC system, which the MV solar team managed to retrofit these to a new new Goodwe 24.9 Kw Hr Battery and a 3 Phase 20 Kw Hr inverter. Since the install I have used virtually no grid power (Only 0.5 Kw Hr per "every" overnight, as per my Ausgrid network billing meter, when no significant load is present? more investigation required to ascertain the cause of this).

After the initial install, we were told everything was right. I didn't think it was working so I called MV. They sent 2 chaps back who I doubt were qualified tradies. After a day looking at my computer router, they advised everything was working, but again, it wasn't. So we had to get the supplier to come from Sydney. Easily solved...they hadn't plugged it in correctly. Working well now...very disappointed in the MV service. Very disappointed that there seems so little regulation of supposed tradies. Surely there should be some sort of annual accreditation scheme?

26 months later we asked Graham: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

No. It was predicted by MV Biomedics (the installer) that a system of this size would produce on average 11.5kw per day. After 2 years of operation we average a little over 7.00 kw.

We found them to be an excellent provider of the solar power. Very efficient with supply and instalation of the panels. The only downside I have is that we had to wait 4 weeks for the county council (energy australia) to come and hook it up to the meter.
