OzEnergi were great, friendly, efficient, thoroughly professional, great people and above all know their business and are very very good at it. First contact to post installation an absolute pleasure.

Sales quoting process was excellent, Sarah was great, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to and above all was patient with my never ending questions and requests for comparisons.

The installation crew were great, they were on time, hard working and did a great job they were easy and knowledgeable to talk to and identified the very best place to locate the battery and inverter and helped me reposition things to get it in.

Everything was done with regards connection within twelve hours of me signing the contract, they kept me updated every step of the way and did everything they could to work round our personal circumstances. They worked through the workings and application and showed me how to monitor and why to do if anything should happen to not go as planned.

OzEnergi were great to deal with, there are a lot of businesses that could learn a lot from their people and practices. Thanks OzEnergi.

System performing better than expected

My previous installation of panels and inverter was through First Choice solar who I got a quote from through Solar Quotes, when looking at a bettery I got 3 quotes from Solar Quotes and also one from the previos installer (now called Ozenergi). Their proposal was much better suited to my needs, and at a better price. The others seemed to want to sell me something 'off the shelf' that would suit them, and not really thing about what would suit me. The system is running better than expected.

Great installer with good follow up customer service

I had my install done last November and the installation process went well. I had them give me multiple options during the design stage as I was still learning about solar and battery options to suit my future requirements. Unfortunately I had little consumption history to help with the process (only moved in a month prior) and there was an existing PV installation to take into account.
I ended up installing an additional 15 kw of solar, 32 KW Sigenergy battery added to my existing 8KW solar and having the whole home backed up.
The install was done on time and looks and works great. There was a hiccup a couple of days after the install but that was sorted with a software update overnight. ( I personally think it was more an issue from Amber when they added the original inverter to be curtailed in their software)
To date everything is working great and I am consistently in credit as planned.
I was even surprised recently by receiving a gift card from them for recommending them to one of my friends.
I have and will continue to recommend Jake and his crew at OzEnergi.

Excellent customer service and advice.

Kylie was excellent in the sales department not suggesting a larger capacity battery than we needed, but revealing that we can add capacity if we need to. The process was informative and we finally found someone who itemised the quote so that we knew exactly where the expense was.

Installation took only about 3 hrs. The installers looked to have separate teams who all knew their responsibilities and pulled it together very professionally

Good honest installer

These guys were the ones who were happy to send someone out to quote on the system, happy to accomodate my wishes and had transparent itemised pricing (most installers just lump everything together). Install was done well and they were willing to fix some minor existing problems I had with the house wiring even coming on a Saturday because they were flat out. Big thanks to Peter and Jake and the crew.

Beyond expectations

Got my 3 quotes for a new solar system, chose these guys as they seemed to listen to what I wanted and gave me advice and design a system around what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me what suited them. It has all performed better than they told me and on the occasion of me having an issue with the app, one phone call and they fixed the problem. I plan on using them again to install some batteries in the near future.

Easy to deal with & value for money

Quote process was easy, we got the system we were quoted. Installation team, came put in our extra solar panels and installed the battery system, no mess no fuss. Solar team were friendly and communicated well.

From customer service team, good communication and stepped us through the process and answered any questions we had.

After installation team showed us how to use the system, download the app on our phones and we can track the battery storage and power back to the grid.

We had another black out from Energerx this week and it was so good our air con kept running from our solar and we had no hassles with internet or anything. I fully recommend and endorse this company and would not hesitate to get another system in my investment property.

Professional Company

We just had our system installed after receiving our quote just 2 weeks ago. From the face to face quote to the installation, I could not fault the process. The installation team were punctual, professional and extremely tidy. Our installer made sure we understood the system and how to read the app.

Review

Used OzEnergi to upgrade from an old, small panel-only setup. They helped design appropriate options and we ended up getting a system of panels, battery and gateway that should make us self sufficient for many years. Installation happened earlier than expected with the site left clean and tidy. System working as expected and great to have a better understanding of home usage patterns but also very nice to see the daily credits pile up ! Will be back to them for an EV charger shortly.
