Easy to deal with & value for money
Quote process was easy, we got the system we were quoted. Installation team, came put in our extra solar panels and installed the battery system, no mess no fuss. Solar team were friendly and communicated well.From customer service team, good communication and stepped us through the process and answered any questions we had.
After installation team showed us how to use the system, download the app on our phones and we can track the battery storage and power back to the grid.
We had another black out from Energerx this week and it was so good our air con kept running from our solar and we had no hassles with internet or anything. I fully recommend and endorse this company and would not hesitate to get another system in my investment property.

Honest advice and quality installation
Peter and his team installed my original system 13 years ago. With the Queensland Solar Bonus Scheme ending and the battery rebate reducing soon, I decided it was the right time to replace my system and install batteries.Panel rating: 5/5

Use the best and forget the rest.
The solar quoting process was factual, interesting and easy to follow.Installation, was punctual, very tidy and the installers were very polite.

Professional Company
We just had our system installed after receiving our quote just 2 weeks ago. From the face to face quote to the installation, I could not fault the process. The installation team were punctual, professional and extremely tidy. Our installer made sure we understood the system and how to read the app.

From the initial quote for additional solar panels and battery back up system to the installation from a very professional hard working team who were very tidy and knowledgeable, the system demonstration and activation went well, the operation of the system has proven that our decision to go down this route has been justified with a zero cost from our energy supplier!The whole process was seamless from start to finish.

Review
Used OzEnergi to upgrade from an old, small panel-only setup. They helped design appropriate options and we ended up getting a system of panels, battery and gateway that should make us self sufficient for many years. Installation happened earlier than expected with the site left clean and tidy. System working as expected and great to have a better understanding of home usage patterns but also very nice to see the daily credits pile up ! Will be back to them for an EV charger shortly.Panel rating: 5/5

Beyond expectations
Got my 3 quotes for a new solar system, chose these guys as they seemed to listen to what I wanted and gave me advice and design a system around what I wanted instead of just trying to sell me what suited them. It has all performed better than they told me and on the occasion of me having an issue with the app, one phone call and they fixed the problem. I plan on using them again to install some batteries in the near future.Panel rating: 4/5
