Professional, open, considered, and expert.
From the first contact with Perfect Solar Power I was talking with someone who has actually been on roofs and installed systems, not just sold them. The difference between that first impression and what I experienced with most of the other quoting installers was stark.The first thing Elliott did was ask a lot of good questions about what we wanted to achieve with the panels. No hard sales tactics, just finding out about what mattered to us. Later he visited us in person to evaluate the site (a MUST!) and only then did he discuss designs he thought would meet our requirements. He patiently answered all my basic questions, educating me along the way, and took the results of our discussions back to the office to turn into a proposal. Most impressively, he called back later to say that the design we had settled on earlier was not actually the best option when subjected to his computer modelling; i.e. without me requesting anything, and while he could have simply stuck with the initial design, he further optimised the design in his own time. On top of that, he was also the *only* installer in FIVE to appropriately account for the unusual shading our site is subjected to.
Perfect Solar's quote was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive, but importantly Elliott was completely open about where he saw potential issues. Our sub-board is in the middle of our ground floor and our walls are either glass, concrete, or common, making the cable run from the roof potentially tricky and impossible to evaluate without cutting holes. Instead of secretly adding a buffer to absorb a possible 8-hour cable install, Elliott pointed out this uncertainty and included a likely cost range in the quote, to be determined on the day. That really made me wonder what 'on the day' surprises I might encounter if I were to go with a cheaper and less transparent installer.
The guys doing the install were brilliant. They shared Elliott's patience with my (further) basic questions, worked fast, safely, and were honestly just great to have around.
The panels have now been producing power for about a month, and I have only had need to call Perfect Solar once. I needed some help configuring the monitoring app, and even after all the invoices had been paid, Elliott was just as helpful (and, again, patient) as he was when trying to win our job.
Simply a brilliant team. Can't recommend them highly enough, but I do recommend them as often as I can.

Nearly 12 months in and everything has been performing perfectly, delivering more energy than our installer estimated. Whole process from quote to installation fantastic
The team at Perfect solar Power are very professional. Quotes were well explained and plenty of time spent by Elliott to work out our needs. The team turned up on time and installed our panels and system efficiently and neatly in what is a tricky roof and very limited access. Enabled an informed decision
Constant contact as to progress. Very considerate staff during installation. Knowledgeable and helpful from the intial phone call to installation and beyond.
Elliot was super helpful with superior product knowledge and options for our particular setup. We were given options and explained the differences in the various systems to match our budget. Communication was great during the entire process and continues on after the install. Overall great experience!
From initial contact for a quote to completion of the project, Elliott and the Perfect Solar Power team were just easy.The price was competitive and the quality of the product + service was 5 star! Nothing was a problem.

10 out of 10 for Perfect Solar Power
I cannot fault Elliott Lane and the boys at Perfect Solar Power. The installation of 20 x 400W Hyundai panels was completed in two days and we are now up and running and set up to feed back into the grid. I would recommend Perfect Solar Power to anybody that wanted to be confident that their system gets installed properly and with no problems. Elliott also talked me through what was required to get our system connected to the grid. 10 out of 10.09 March 2021

Terrific service
Elliott was a delight to deal with, very professional and with a knack for explaining complex engineering to the layman in easy to understand terms without leaving anything out. He was very patient and responsive in answering all of our many questions, and the installation was carried out professionally and with minimal disturbance. I thoroughly recommend Elliott and his team.8 months later we asked Andrew: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
Definitely! Our bill for the winter quarter was reduced by over 65% compared to the prior year, and in the summer we produced more electricity from the panels than we consumed from the grid, resulting in a small payment from the electricity company to us. All thanks to great advice and choosing to buy the best and most efficient panels available.As soon as battery technology reduces in price to below the $5K barrier, we will install one with the expectation of becoming 100% self sufficient for our power needs.

Perfect experience
From the initial contact with Elliott, through several detailed discussions, and all the way through to a post-installation tidy site, the service was fantastic. The team that did the installation were polite, helpful and tidy. The job was completed on time without hitch, exactly as described. The follow-up has been through, with Elliott providing clear instructions on what steps I need to complete (very few...he did pretty much everything). I found Elliott's approach and insights into Solar options for my house very through and grounded in practical reality - more so that any of the other installers I spoke to.15 February 2021

Hassle Free
Their quote was easy to understand and quickly responded to any queries on the quote. They actually listened and made me feel that they understood my roof and its challenges. The installation was hassle free and the work was done quickly with next to no interruption. The installers were polite and worked non-stop and left no mess behind at all. Customer service was great. A really great experience
Perfect Solar Power was great to deal with and delivered a system we're very happy with.Of the 3 quotes we got via the SolarQuotes site, Elliott was the first to get in touch. He took the time to understand what we wanted/needed, our site requirements (we have a large tree that shades some of our roof) and our budget. He sent us three options for discussion purposes, and then spent considerable time with us going through the pros and cons of each and patiently answering our many questions without being at all pushy.
The installation process was very smooth. Elliott and Tom arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. Our panel arrangement is super neat and looks great.
Elliott has checked in with us a couple of times since to make sure all is going well (it is!).
We're really pleased with our system. We generate plenty of power - we've had a couple of really sunny days where we've generated over 70kWh - and we love that the Enphase app shows us pretty much in real time what we're using/generating.

Outstanding customer service and installation - great team
Had quotes from several suppliers. Perfect Solar Power was by far the most professional and knowledgeable about their products, with more than one option to meet our requirements. The quote was clearly set out and Elliot was happy to answer all of our many questions. The installation was completed on schedule (apart from a short rain delay) by a great team that Elliot and Tom have established. Everyone was punctual and approachable and the work areas was kept remarkably tidy. Really good installer
I can highly recommend Perfect Solar Power for your residential solar/battery installation.This was actually the first Tesla battery install the guys had done, so there was a little to learn about how to hoist the battery onto the wall. They persevered and got it done so it looks very slick.
But this is more why I would recommend this firm.
Firstly, Elliott is by far the most professional sales manager/ installer I've met in the solar industry and I've sampled a few. He worked very hard to get the business, being informative and helpful without being at all pushy. Was a pleasure to deal with. Elliott went above and beyond in looking after me as a client and keeping me informed which I really appreciated.
Secondly, Tom the electrician is meticulous and goes out of his way to make sure the install looks good and works. You won't find better.
Thirdly I found the firm's documentation and systems really professional and slick.
Im sure you may find a cheaper installer out there for any particular kit you choose, but they will certainly not leave you feeling more comfortable than PSP that everything was done properly.

Very professional and efficient Company
Early in May we requested a quotation from Perfect Solar Power to supply a new solar system for our home. After Elliott visited our home, we received a very comprehensive quote outlining two alternate systems which would be suitable for us. Upon choosing the system which best suited our requirements, we contacted Elliott who ordered the equipment after payment of a deposit.Our 6.6kw system was installed on the 3rd June. We have been extremely happy with the efficiency and professionalism of Perfect Solar Power. We are very happy with the way that Perfect Solar Power installed the system and left the site spotlessly clean.
They have been only too happy to answer any of our queries and we are impressed with their friendly manner and have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Solar Power to anyone seeking to install solar.

Brilliant installation! Professional Company!!
We have been thinking about solar power for a while now and have had several companies in to quote. Perfect Solar Power were the first to ask us exactly what we wanted out of our switch to solar and then provide us with a few alternative ways to reach that goal. Elliott sat down and went through it all step by step with us explaining the technical jargon in laymens terms. Although not the cheapest quote we had, nor the most expensive, we couldn't be happier with the result. The tradesmen are meticulous in their work and the whole thing was up and working within a week. they organised grid connection. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered. I love having the app on my phone to see how much power we are producing and how many trees we have saved. We chose to have a battery so we could be self sufficient with our power and even return to the grid. They were able to recommend the two best options. I cannot speak highly enough of this company for their professionalism and expertise in this area. We believe we got great value for money!Panel rating: 5/5

Fantastic installation and genuine team
We were very thankful to have worked with Tom from Perfect Solar Power in the process of fitting solar panels onto the roof our new home. Given this was our first experience with solar energy, he took the time to acquaint us with the ins and outs of the process and was extremely genuine with his advice and quoting before we made any decisions. The team was consistently punctual, accommodating, and flexible throughout the process. Knowing that they had our best interests along the way was a big stress reliever. The installation was speedy, and the finished product is sleek and functions great. The team never made a mess and were always approachable and efficient when they arrived at our home. These installers were perfect.
The quoting process was easy and clear, with a range of options and alternatives explained (technically but simply) and potential costs advised. This made our decisions easy on which inverter and which panels to go with. The installers were punctual and polite, they explained almost everything they were doing and took the time and care needed to get the installation right and tested everything to perfection before they left, showing us how the system worked. During the work, they were tidy and kept their work areas as clean as possible and cleaned up well after the work was complete. Exceeded expectations

This was our first switch to solar and Tom and the team explained exactly what we needed, provided a competitive quote and then the installation went to plan. Tom and the team were very easy to deal with through coming up with options, pricing and completing the works. I would highly recommend using them to others.
Very Happy Camper - These guys actually care about all the details.
Elliott from Perfect Solar Power is their "front man". Unlike other's I'd required a quote form, Elliott actually came to the site (which is awkward with heavy shading) to custom tailor a solar system and document what it would be able to do. To maximise output on such a difficult site we settled on 56 x Enphase Panels with micro convertors.The install team is led by Tom and assisted by Corey and “Turbo”. Tom and his team are very precise and professional. They had the entire system installed over 3 Days. Tom loves it if you are onsite and offer to help and ask stupid questions!
Post install documentation and support is immaculate. Shout out to Lucy in the back office on this.
That is all well and good… but how did the system perform VS what was promised? The proposal doco said I’d get an estimated 23.2 kw/h in July. I got (over a week) an average of 28.07kw/h so 121% of what was promised.
I could not recommend Perfect Solar Power more highly over the others I sought quotes from as they:
1) Visited the site,
2) Put the systems expected output in writing,
3) Installation was immaculate and timely,
4) Output of the system was above that expected.
