Peter took the additional time and effort to explain the system to my needs after doing my own research across panel brands, inverters and racking. I used a lot of the information from SolarQuotes in consultation with Peter to make the final decision based on needs, cost, brands, warranty and other reviews. I’m now producing a significant amount of electricity to power the major appliances during the day.

Superb Customer Service
Peter has the best customer service i have ever come across. From the first call to the after service i can not fault anything.Peter drove an hour to my house to meet with me to explain how it all works, he even brought pastries with him!
We got several quotes from different companies, Peter was the only one who went out of his way to accomodate my very busy schedule.
Once we decided to go with Steadfast Peter again drove to us to sign paperwork.
The panels were put in less than 2 weeks later, the guys were great!
Peter also drove back to me to say thank you with a box of choccies!
He came recommended from a work colleague, and i will be recommending him to all my family, friends and clients (I work for a building company)

Smooth Solar Implementation
The Sales/Quoting process was very smooth. Peter spent as much time as was needed to work through the options and prices. The professional advice given, prior to sale, was greatly appreciated. Arriving with a box of doughnuts didn't hurt either.The installation was smooth and very professional. During the initial installation visit - a major issue was discovered in our distribution board. Work continued as far as possible - giving us time to have our electrician work on replacing and upgrading our distribution board. Once that was resolved, the installers returned to complete the job. The whole process was very smooth - including the handover and setting up of the monitoring software on our iPads.
Customer service was stellar. Any time we called with questions or issues - Steadfast Solar was responsive and helpful. The whole process was a give and take - there were some supplier delays which we accepted and there were delays caused by our distribution board issue. The whole process worked smoothly - with both parties making every effort to work with the other smoothly.
The whole process was hassle free and the system is great. Very happy. Original ratings

To my expectations and probably a bit beyond. Very happy. The power company probably isn’t so happy as we don’t give them much revenue.
