Good Service and Knowledgeable due to being an Electrician by Trade
Dean was great to talk to about what was available and suited our situation. He explained the product and sounded enthusiastic about it. The quote was reasonable and Dean was easy to communicate with.The install went well and the staff were great. Dean went through the APP on my phone and set us up, however the communication after that wasn't the best with the change over and set up to the Grid. Originally we were told to use Amber as they were giving a good amount of Credit back on power they drew from the battery, but when I enquired about using Amber they wouldn't let us go with them because our battery is 40 kwh being too big for them.
I chased up Dean about it and he said they had swapped to Origin but they didn't connect us with Origin at all they just sent an email. That was disappointing.

Reliable and Trustworthy
Out of the 3 installers that I asked a quote for, Dean was the most responsive. He was knowledgeable about the system as he is the electrician and not just a sales person and he was clear about the product and the process. All 3 quotes were comparable in price but products were different, but I chose Dean and Sun Connect Solar as the technology looked good on paper. I went with a Sigenergy system and after nearly a month with it installed, I am very happy with it. Dean and his team were very professional, and the quoting and installation was a pleasant experience. The installers were professional and personable and all of my questions were answered throughout the process and I felt well informed. After installation, Dean took me through the setup and the app and explained the process of changing my electricity provider to a wholesaler.Panel rating: 5/5

The more you read the less you know.
Good service, wet weather held things up the owner Dean was prompt and knew his industry. The crew the boys on roof friendly and skilled . James the electrician was a good tradesman who knew his job but needs to work on his personal skills when dealing with customers.
