Great Solar Upgrade plus a home battery
I was recommended to Sunbuilt Solar when I was looking at local installers for an upgrade to my existing solar panels plus looking at a home battery.I was not disappointed with Sunbuilt Solar with the initial quoting process which involved a home inspection and sit down discussion with them.
The quote was very competitive with the 2 other quotes received and so I went ahead with them.
The installation process was actually a quicker timeframe than what was suggested and it all went smoothly over just the one day.
The system worked perfectly following this and the few questions I had post installation was answered quickly and detailed.
I have since purchased a Zeekr EV and now charging my car using the DC home charger is a breeze and mostly free.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sunbuilt Solar for quotes and installations.

Excellent work

Very knowledge and did great work

Fantastic system and painless installation process
David was punctual, polite and extremely knowledgeable throughout the quotation process, answering all our questions and providing clear and concise information - exactly what we needed to make our decision. Nathan and his installation team where very professional and efficient - not only with the installation of the panels, battery and EV charger but also with chasing down a fault (left by a previous electrician) to ensure all the work passed inspection with flying colours. Free Power!!
Extremely happy with the installation and performance of the system. From the moment we reached out and were talking to our Solar Specialist, after many many emails back and forth - and never once did I get the feeling he was getting sick of me, always replied in a timely fashion and with jovial anecdotes, we had finally fine tuned the system we really wanted. Installation window came around in no time and it only took a couple days to complete, but the installers were top notch and provided us with full details throughout the process. We've been humming along since the end of winter and even with as little sun as them months provided - we were almost independent off the grid. Now the months are warming up, we are in abundance already and happily topping up our 100kWh EV every second day and still not relying on the grid at all.Panel rating: 5/5

Very Happy with System
Sales process was great, no pressure. All relevant information provided. Installation went well. Installers did a good job. The installer demonstrated how to use the system. They were happy to accommodate my requests with regarding the installation. Professional install
Sunbuilt solar were more than accommodating with supporting me through the sales and quoting noting I was not around for inspection.During the planning phase I adapted the quote to add additional panels and they are quick on responding and confirming they had available stock, especially noting this was during the solar rush.
The battery install went smoothly however the solar panel install was bit more haphazard (around timing of installer, presumably due to the battery rush) and the installers were more than happy to run me through the application.
After all work was done, they tidied up after themselves and the system was inspected twice, once by local government inspectors and by the clean energy council inspector, defects found were minor labelling within the roof space and the labelling of isolator on roof panels was 10cm out of place, Sunbuilt Solar came back and remediated both "defects" promptly.
Would recommend the company again in the future.

Good Installation
The installation went well. Carefully and neatly done. System was connected and account with supplier was set up. The installer took me through the basics of the monitoring system, still much to learn and the system appears to work well but early days in using it.

Seamless, from start to finish
Huge shout out to David, Warren and their fantastic install team for the top work done installing my 32kW Sigenergy battery system. Despite it being a challenging install (got to love retrofitting!), the team were absolutely professional. Arrived on time, let me know the process and what they intended to do. The install was done as aesthetically as the site allowed, and I appreciated that some consideration was given to this. It was a long day for the team, but they were diligent, polite and extremely tidy - nothing left behind. The system was explained to me in plain English, and I downloaded the app and acquainted myself with how it worked. David and Warren were really easy to deal with in the first instance, and were able to fit my installation in an extremely timely manner. Thankyou SunBuilt Solar!Panel rating: 5/5

Excellent Product, Customer Service & Value for Money
I am so impressed with the customer service that Warren and David provide. It was the first time I have purchased a battery storage system (and EV charger) - I felt supported with Sunbuilt's advice to make the right choices for my situation. I went with SigEnergy products and I am very happy. The installation was 'no fuss' and the techs even cleaned up before they left! Exceptional service
David would answer your e-mails sometimes late at night and even on weekends including Sundays. Their pricing matched if not better than other companies.The crew that came out to install were all super friendly and laid back and answered all questions.
The owner Warren even came out to make sure that everything was ok.

* After sales support has been great with a couple of teething issues - now all resolved.
System is working perfectly. Hoping to have said "Goodbye" to my electricity bills, but we'll see next winter.

Very happy with the outcome.
Sales process was the most responsive and friendly of all. Minor attention to detail mistakes but quickly rectified when raised. Pre-install site visit missed an issue with proposed panel layout. This was quickly addressed during installation but a minor thing, I would have preferred the moved panel to go in a different place on a different array if possible, but this was not discussed. Were flexible with installation date to fit in with reverse AC installation prior.Good quality installation and they went the extra mile. Very prompt and pleasant installation process. A minor thing was I would have liked the dust cleaned off the panels. Some minor concrete tile damage (to be expected but not raised with me).
Walk through system was concise and practical, although array ID would have been good.
Subsequent System documentation needed a few revisions to address the required installation change. Unfortunately, they were unable to include documenting which array was which for the monitoring app but confirmed I had labeled them correctly.
I would have recommended Sunbuilt.
