Seamless, from start to finish
Huge shout out to David, Warren and their fantastic install team for the top work done installing my 32kW Sigenergy battery system. Despite it being a challenging install (got to love retrofitting!), the team were absolutely professional. Arrived on time, let me know the process and what they intended to do. The install was done as aesthetically as the site allowed, and I appreciated that some consideration was given to this. It was a long day for the team, but they were diligent, polite and extremely tidy - nothing left behind. The system was explained to me in plain English, and I downloaded the app and acquainted myself with how it worked. David and Warren were really easy to deal with in the first instance, and were able to fit my installation in an extremely timely manner. Thankyou SunBuilt Solar!Panel rating: 5/5

Excellent Product, Customer Service & Value for Money
I am so impressed with the customer service that Warren and David provide. It was the first time I have purchased a battery storage system (and EV charger) - I felt supported with Sunbuilt's advice to make the right choices for my situation. I went with SigEnergy products and I am very happy. The installation was 'no fuss' and the techs even cleaned up before they left! Exceptional service
David would answer your e-mails sometimes late at night and even on weekends including Sundays. Their pricing matched if not better than other companies.The crew that came out to install were all super friendly and laid back and answered all questions.
The owner Warren even came out to make sure that everything was ok.

SigEnergy Battery Install
* Quoting was easy and accommodated my requests.* Install was on time, quick and tidy.
* After sales support has been great with a couple of teething issues - now all resolved.
System is working perfectly. Hoping to have said "Goodbye" to my electricity bills, but we'll see next winter.

Canberra Sigenergy
Great job by the team at Sun Solar.Sales: I made several 11th hour adjustments to the scope - which was no problem to the sales / quoting team.
Installation: Installed 32kw system, with additional solar panels - all working optimally with my existing solaredge system.
System: Sigenergy system is outstanding, visibility of usage is clear and easy to understand. The flexibility in how to use the system to move power around to align to your requirements is excellent.
Customer service: fantastic
only regret... should have installed more battery capacity !! :-)

Perfection
Don’t normally leave reviews but here we are. I got a few quotes and Sunbuilt was substantially cheaper than the rest and I spent a lot of time checking if these guys were legit. Finally pulled the trigger and could not have have a better experience. From Warren coming out to check what I need after talking through specs with David to chatting with Candice in the front officer, a family owned Canberra company to the amazing installers who put another 20 panels on the roof and a 32 kw Sigen battery with ev charger. Great communications and professional fast work. Couldn’t ask for more.Kudos team.

Good Installation
The installation went well. Carefully and neatly done. System was connected and account with supplier was set up. The installer took me through the basics of the monitoring system, still much to learn and the system appears to work well but early days in using it.
