Happy customer
From quote to install we have been very impressed by Volteam electric.Only company who came on site to provide a quote out of the 3 quotes we got.
We were very impressed with the neat and tidy installation.

Highly Professional
Voltbeam was the only company of the 3 suppliers identified who actually visited my property and met with me face toface before giving a quote. I know that satellite images, photos of the switch box, and power bills provide the required information to generate a quote, but I appreciated the time and effort to visit my home and discuss the options. The quote came through very quickly. It was clearly detailed, itemised, with explanatory information. My questions were answered quickly and clearly. The customer service and support teams were very professional as were the installation crew. They explained everything that would be done, were always on time, were very well mannered, and left our place spotless. They helped me organise all the connections and apps etc. I thoroughly recommend Voltbeam.22 August 2025
Excellent attention to detail
From start to finish, dealing with Volteam was a pleasure!Quoting was fast and the team was always available for my questions. The lead-up to the agreed install day was great. Phone calls and texts kept me up to date with plans and expectations. The team arrived on time and set up a work zone, which I appreciate from a safety viewpoint. Tom and the team on the day were again happy to answer my questions.
Work was completed extremely neatly and the team were careful around freshly painted walls. After installation, Tom showed me the app and how to use certain features.

Exceptional professionalism and
I recently had a solar panel system installed by Volteam Electric, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Brad's team was incredibly professional, punctual, and courteous. They took great care to keep the worksite clean and tidy throughout the installation—there was no mess left behind, which I really appreciated.What stood out most was how clearly and thoroughly they explained each step of the process. They made sure I understood how the system works, what to expect during installation, and how to get the most out of my new solar panels. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable and respectful team for your solar installation!

Outstanding
Volteam Electric recently installed a 10kW solar system at my home, and I’m very happy with the whole experience. The team was professional from start to finish—clear communication, honest advice, and smooth coordination. They showed up right on time, completed the job efficiently, and kept everything neat and tidy. After the installation, they walked me through the system and made sure I understood how everything worked. I’d gladly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
Go with someone you think you can trust
The quotation process was pretty easy, with a few adjustments along the way. I limited quotations to Tesla systems, something Volteam had extensive experience with. I appreciated the knowledge of Nick Hamidi who advised of a potential issue with my preferred Tesla 27kw installation in the garage on a wall. He advised that 0.9m clearance was needed to avoid issues with the manufacturer warrantee. Changed to being outside garage and pads were needed to support the heavy batteries, but no bollards. I accepted the revised quote - not the cheapest for exactly the same system.A pre installation inspection took place, with a statement the gateway would be outside (not what I wanted as this would leave lots of holes in the wall from the prior inverter). The message had not got through about the batteries now being outside. I again advised that the garage wall was brick veneer not solid brick.
Installation day - installer ok with installing Gateway in garage where old inverter had been - excellent, but the message about the wall being brick veneer had not. Holes were being drilled but no concrete supports were expected needed as the information on the wall being veneer had not gotten through. Fortunately I was observing and notified the installer. Quick discussion with a second person from Volteam that the install would have to be postponed. When I suggested all that was required was getting concrete pads this is what occurred and the instal continued.
I would have liked a bit more info on the Tesla app, but overall very happy. A month later now and the batteries are working well.
