Toowoomba based (local) installer who has excellent reviews among locals, and was recommended by other Sigenergy installers who were unable to quote. I chose a SigEnergy ecosystem for I believe their new 9kw/h battery, inverter and bidirectional EV charging system was my best long term install option. I had 13.x kw of solar, 30kw (27) battery, fuel off-grid / backup capability if needed, and a 12kw DC charger module installed. Their install team did a great job, tidy and optimal cable runs to enable easy addition to the system if I ever want to expand down the track. Local 24/7 support too. Quick quotation, great communication, excellent system handover with everything including our App setup before they left.

This was the gold standard of selling and installation.
The sales consultant was honest, offered alternatives, instead of pushing for a maximum sale was very moderate. Well done.
Installation was a breeze. The old system was dismantled a few days earlier and all the rails prepared. Our 20kW system including battery was installed in 4 hours.
Everything looks neat, all cables covered and everything cleaned up afterwards.

Last week we had our solar batteries installed, and WOW — we couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

From the very beginning, Josh at Adapt Energy really listened to what we were trying to achieve. He took the time to understand our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions and recommendations without ever being pushy or trying to hard sell. He was incredibly patient, answering all of my and my husband’s questions across multiple phone calls, which made us feel confident and well-informed every step of the way.

Once we confirmed everything, Josh promptly sent through all the documentation and organised the installation quickly and efficiently. A few days before the install, the electrician called to ask if they could drop off the batteries early and begin the installation the next day, finishing over two days — this flexibility suited us perfectly.

What really stood out was the transparency and reliability — there were no last-minute changes or substitutions. We received exactly the batteries we were quoted for, which is something we really appreciated.

The installation team was fantastic. There were 3–4 electricians onsite, all professional, thorough, and clearly experienced. The end result is a beautifully neat and well-organised battery setup in our garage — everything is cleanly stacked and wired to a very high standard.

We’ve now been running the system for a week with zero issues — no glitches, no interruptions, just smooth performance. We haven’t come close to running out of battery power (helped by the beautiful clear skies!), and the system has been performing brilliantly.

We also followed Josh’s recommendation to switch energy providers to Amber, which has been a great move so far.

We have a system with 6 SIGenergy batteries and inverter, along with a DC retrofit to our existing solar panels, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything has come together.

Overall, exceptional customer service from Josh and the team at Adapt Energy, and excellent workmanship from their contractors in Toowoomba (apologies I didn’t catch the company name). We are absolutely thrilled with both the installation and the performance of our battery system.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Arise Solar. My system has never worked properly since installation, and every time I raised concerns, my cases were closed without any real action.

I’m now dealing with a serious safety issue involving dangerously high voltage in my home, confirmed by a licensed electrician, and it has already damaged appliances. Despite this, I’ve received no meaningful support or urgency from Arise Solar.

This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I got excuses and silence. This company has left me with a system I can’t trust and safety risks no one should have to deal with. I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere.
