Original Review on 31-10-2025:
Professional team of installers
After i learnt as much as i could as a novice on battery system, the process was good. Except for one sales person who told me what i wanted, all 3 recommended for solar quotes were good. I found the most customer focused was Connor from Essential Energy Solutions. The team, led by Brad, that removed our old system & installed our new Solar System (panels, inverter & battery) were great, fully focused on the job. Installation went smoothly & they left the site spotless.I did not have to organize any paperwork for connection & approvals.
10 months later we asked Stephen: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Professional set up and amazing installation team.
At first I wasn't sure about using this company as they did not push themselves forward. However, their quote and proposed system was overall the best I received and all my dealings with the team before installation were dealt with promptly and professionally. All my questions were answered. The pre-installation and installation were carried out by a team that were professional and efficient, they were amazing! Everyone I dealt with at the company were helpful, respectful and professional. A great experience.18 November 2025

All team delivered as promised and ahead of schedule. They were clear in explaining how it operates and demonstrating how to use of the sungrow interface app and operation of the EV charger.
Trusted Product expert
Trusted expert to help advise on product to meet your needs and quality that will last and grow with any later add ons. Good price point for high quality product and excellent coordination of removal of old solar and installation of new.
