Professional set up and amazing installation team.
At first I wasn't sure about using this company as they did not push themselves forward. However, their quote and proposed system was overall the best I received and all my dealings with the team before installation were dealt with promptly and professionally. All my questions were answered. The pre-installation and installation were carried out by a team that were professional and efficient, they were amazing! Everyone I dealt with at the company were helpful, respectful and professional. A great experience.03 April 2026

Professional friendly service.
Having 3 quotes made it relatively easy for one to stand out as the right one for us. Essential Energy were easy to deal with, very informative and very professional in their approach. I would recommend them.10 months later we asked David: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Professional and passionate team
All team delivered as promised and ahead of schedule. They were clear in explaining how it operates and demonstrating how to use of the sungrow interface app and operation of the EV charger.31 October 2025
Professional team of installers
After i learnt as much as i could as a novice on battery system, the process was good. Except for one sales person who told me what i wanted, all 3 recommended for solar quotes were good. I found the most customer focused was Connor from Essential Energy Solutions. The team, led by Brad, that removed our old system & installed our new Solar System (panels, inverter & battery) were great, fully focused on the job. Installation went smoothly & they left the site spotless.I did not have to organize any paperwork for connection & approvals.

Happy camper
The salesman wasn't pushy, but knowledgeable about the product.The installation was seamless and the site manager very confident, competent, and cooperative. He didn't leave until everything was installed, connected, and cleaned up.

Brilliant Brisbane Battery Installer
The quoting process was very interactive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, with the representative answering many beginner questions. Others were not as familiar with the systems as we had become due to SolarQuotes' information.On-site review preceded the quote. Other installers did not want to visit.
Installation was spectacular. Worked perfectly. We felt like we were being used to train new staff, which we were happy to be part of, given the demand that likely follows, and with us being an early installation taking advantage of the government incentive. They kept us in the loop at every step. They even reduced the quoted costs due to some changes made on the day. They arrived ready to work, on time, were polite, informative and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They were very collaborative in determining which emergency circuits would be powered by the battery in the event of a total power failure.
We had a walk-through of the system, although there wasn't much to actually know/do. Tested the blackstart performance. Quoted us on new fire alarms for the entire house as well! They cared and were customer-focused throughout.
Great team and great install. And now we can watch zero Watts of our energy arriving via the grid - all coming from fresh or battery-stored space photons! How cool is that! Original ratings

It has provided energy all evening and overnight - easily fully recharges during the day, so yes, exceeded expectations. It also helps charge our EV.
