Tesla Power Wall and Solar setup

I recently had my 2 x Tesla Power wall units supplied and installed by Luke at EISS, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

From my very first conversation with Nathan, they offered clear, practical advice that genuinely helped me make the right decisions — and even saved me money. They also let me know about cash back incentives that were being offered by Tesla at the time which none of the other suppliers did.

I found that many of the larger companies were trying to sell me cheaper products that they obviously buy in volume, with higher sales margins with confusing and often unrealistic ROI charts.

What really stood out was their honest recommendation and exceptional pricing. They offered far better value than the big companies you see advertising on TV, while promoting high end equipment.

They made equipment recommendations based on real world experience that has proven to be a real game changer in respect to filling up my 2 x Tesla Powerwall units daily.

I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending these guys. Really happy that I went with EISS - a small family business that value their clients.

Exceptional service and product

Perfect from start to finish

The team recommended various options tailored to our needs - large solar system and battery for our large house with 3-phase power. The pricing was sharp and transparent. The installation team had a high level of attention to detail and left the place clean and tidy. System has been performing above expectations. Very glad we chose EISS Pty Ltd and would use again and recommend.

Third system, same great service

Great service and advice which was custom designed for our power usage and budget. We have used EISS many times and have confidence based of experience that the products they use deliver the results that they say. Quality workmanship and reliable post-install support

Fantastic job by Luke, Marty, and the EISS team. Marty was fast, responsive, and clear when working through the initial quote and system design. Despite making the long drive up to Brisbane through heavy highway traffic, Luke and the install team completed the physical setup on time, extremely neat, and it is running flawlessly. When a faulty unit had to be swapped out during the process and a follow-up adjustment was needed to update the paperwork, Luke responded immediately to ensure everything was 100% sorted. Appreciate the direct communication and ownership. Would definitely recommend!

Honest advice and excellent install from EISS

The quoting process was straightforward and honest. They walked me through the different system options, explained the pros and cons of each, and didn’t try to push me into anything.

Installation of the 16 kW solar and 27 kW battery was smooth — the team were polite, on time, and left everything tidy.

Afterwards the technican took the time to properly show me how the system works and went through the monitoring app in detail, explaining what all the readings mean and how to check production and usage on the unit.

Overall a solid experience from start to finish.

Top communication and trustworthy

From the very start communication was great. I actually got in touch about 3 months before we decided to go ahead and Nathan from EISS was lovely to deal with. Kept things nice and simple for me to deal with as I had no idea about anything.
I then sat on the info for about 3 months.
After quite a few power cuts in the local area we realised that we needed it desperately because we have a medically complex child that requires the power for her medical devices to keep her comfortable. Nathan sorted out a system that actually worked for our large household.
The team were quiet, polite and came in when they said they would. They left the area extremely tidy and then kept in contact the next day to make sure all was well. We also have his details if anything happens just in case. But so very grateful for the work.

Fantastic installer

We recently had our solar system installed by EISS, and from the initial guidance from Matt through to the in stallation by Luke and his team, the entire experience has been outstanding.
Nothing was too much trouble, even while our roof restoration was taking place the team worked around everything professionally and efficiently.The installation of panels, inverter and 20 KWH Battery was completed to an exceptional standard.
As a fully qualified carpenter and builder with over 55 years in the building trade, I have high standards when it comes to workmanship and professionalism. The experience I’ve had with this company has been truly exceptional.
I would highly recommend Nathan, Luke and the whole to anyone considering solar.

Seamless installation

We had a fantastic experience with Nathan and the guys from start to finish. The team were incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Since installation our electricity bill has dropped significantly — which has been amazing to see! The new batteries are a game changer too. We love being able to monitor how our energy is stored and used throughout the day and night.

Excellent installer with great communication

The process with EISS was super easy. Communication was great from the start and super responsive to any questions, and super easy via text message.

My installation was not straightforward as first thought so they had to come back which didn't bother me cause they explained why and even came back on a Sunday to finish the job so it I didn't have to worry about taking time off work. After the install they also made sure the system is running as it should.

Would highly recommend these guys. There is a reason they are so busy.

EISS, quality, knowledgeable installer,

EISS quality installer that gave honest advise and recommendations. Didn't try and push for a system too big for your needs. (Even though I decided to go bigger) Use trusted brands only.
Listen to your needs and communication was amazing. Special shout out to Nathan that answer call and text messages at all hours of the day.
Main installer Luke and his team for dealing with a 3 story roof and making sure I was happy with everything. Can not recommend them enough.
