Dan and his team were a pleasure to deal with.
Communication was prompt and helpful from first contact to completion. Dan's manner is always friendly and he follows through on all arrangements made. Recommend this company.
Shopped around for multiple quotes and finally settled on EnergyFlo. Dan was really easy and informative to talk to with no pressure being applied. He was also the only one to actually quote the job properly with all other companies leaving out the RCD replacement requirements for my home backup to be possible on the quote.The process was super easy and professional. The team knocked the job out within the day and were polite and friendly.
Really happy with my decision to go with EnergyFlo Renewables and I’d happily recommend them again.

We knew that this company were different and we could drop our guard.
After a very long time searching for a company and a quote we could trust and afford, we found Energyflo Renewables.Daniel kept in touch from our first enquiry but was not pushy. He answered all of our questions, and it was obvious that he knew his product and his trade well.
From the time we agreed and paid a deposit to installation was around 10 days. The team arrived on time and were completely unintrusive. Their work was professional, friendly and efficient. Their customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were second to none. We highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and battery installation.
We received instruction onsite on how to use the App to track our electricity usage and a follow phone call the next day to check if we were satisfied with the instillation process and the product and we are.

Highly recommend - trustworthy tram and great installation quality!
The blokes at Energyflo were great to deal with. Sent me tailored quotes shortly after speaking with them, listened to my requests and gave great advice.They stick to tried and tested brands products, so that gave me a bit of peace of mind.
All in-house installers, all of them lived not far from me. Nothing outsourced overseas - which was a huge trust builder for me!
They were also very reasonably priced, for their quality. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend them to anyone!

A very satisfying experience
Right from first contact, communication was prompt, informative and friendly. The installation was completed in one day, at the end of which our battery was almost 70% charged and the site left clean and tidy. The team arrived at the time arranged and were polite and friendly. The system was explained and all our questions were answered clearly. An app allows us to monitor the system, but we are reassured that monitoring is also ongoing by EnergyFlo Renewables who will let us know if anything requires attention,Thanks to Dan and his team. Quality installer
EnergyFlo installed a 16KW battery for us on the 5/8/2026. We found them to be aprofessional company from quote to installation. Instant feedback to every email we sent asking questions and clarifications - even post installation. Very happy with the finished product. Tradesmen were polite, neat and efficient. They arrived on time on the day arranged.

Excellant service provider
I was requiring an extra battery to my existing Alpha ESS smiles 5 . I was told that this type of battery was going out of production and to add the extra battery, time was running short as only a small number of units were left. I was quoted by one company, I would have to pay around $9,000. I decided that was too much to pay. I contacted Daniel at Energyflo about my situation, he said he would get back to me with a quote. He called me back within a few days and quoted me $3610 for the same unit. There is a lot of sharks out there.Daniel organised a time of installation and and did the job very efficiently and professional. The team that arrived Waide and Lockey were very professional polite and tidy and helpful. I would highly reccomend Energyflo if you are looking at solar, as they are honest and genuine.

A very professional local company
Pre purchase information about the battery system was very detailed and informative.Installation was on time, with a very efficient team that took extra care of leaving the place clean.
The after installation commission of the system and the related applications software was very well explained and demonstrated by the team leader.

I was referred to Dan from Energy Flo Renewables through Solar Quotes.Of the Recommended Installers, Dan was the first to contact me and from the first contact with Dan, I formed the opinion that he was a down-to-earth person who listened to my needs and explained to the process. He was easy to speak to and respectful.
I received a number of quotes, which were almost identical in product. When Dan contacted me a week or so later he addressed/answered all of my questions.
I chose to go with Energy Flo Renewables not on price alone, but based my choice on Dan's knowledge, advise and his ability to take the time and find out what best suited my household needs.
His follow-up by any contact was timely and the install date was the date discussed.
The employees that completed the installation was fantastic! Polite, well spoken and respectful. The explained what they had done and set up my phone with monitoring.

I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of Energy Flo during my battery installation. From the outset Dan explained every step clearly and made the entire process completely stress free. The online quote was very detailed and I was able to get any questions clarified by the extremely knowledgable staff. Once the quote had been accepted the service delivery was timely and the installers worked efficiently and professionally throughout the installation process. No question was too much trouble and the staff patiently and thoroughly talked me through the technical aspects of the battery and app using easy to understand language to ensure that I was completely au fait with the system and requirements. Solar & battery installation
Very professional solar installation, which started from the quote by Daniel up until the installation. The installation team were very polite and friendly and answered all of my questions. The installation was completed on the date I requested.Once the system was installed the installer's setup the app on my phone and explained how to use the app.
Not only was the service excellent but the installation price was the most reasonable price that I received from approximately 14 quotations.

Highly Recommended
From start to finish everything went smoothly. Even when rain interfered with competition in a day, the boys were back as soon as the sun reappeared to finish up.EnergyFlo Renewables were well priced and as soon as we accepted quote we were given a date for installation which took place within a couple of weeks.
Installers were friendly and did a great job, everything was left clean and tidy.
The system was explained in full and followed up straight away. I would highly recommend this local business.

Great install, Great price!
I was adding a PW3 expansion pack to an existing pack. The quoting process was great, with Dan requesting photos of the proposed install location and thinking through all the legislation and talking me through it.The install went great and was ahead of schedule, as the team chose to squeeze me in on a rainy day as my install was a garage install. I appreciate the efficiency of the scheduling.
The team worked through a provisioning issue with the battery pack, working with Tesla support team to ensure the battery pack was fully functional before leaving. They also moved everything back to the original location around the install location.

Excellent service and response
I would like to sincerely thank Waide and his apprentice from EnergyFlo for their outstanding service in resolving a water leakage issue at my residence.The situation was quite concerning, as water had begun leaking through my roof and down the walls near several power points. Given the recent solar panel installation, I initially suspected the issue may have been related. I contacted EnergyFlo to explain the situation and express my concern, particularly with further heavy rain forecast within the next few hours.
I was extremely impressed by their prompt response. Within 90 minutes, Waide and his apprentice arrived to inspect the roof. Waide quickly identified the source of the leak and confirmed it was entirely unrelated to the solar panel installation. The issue was caused by a cracked timber batten, which had allowed a roof tile to shift out of place.
Waide repaired the problem efficiently and professionally. In addition, he conducted a thorough inspection of the entire roof to check for any further compromised battens. During this inspection, he identified and repaired another issue, also unrelated to the installation.
I am very grateful and relieved that the repairs were completed so quickly before the rain returned. Waide and his apprentice were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Their workmanship and customer service were exceptional.
To further demonstrate their commitment to customer care, EnergyFlo contacted me the following day to ensure there had been no further leakage issues.
Thank you again to Waide, his apprentice, and the entire EnergyFlo team for your excellent service. I highly recommend EnergyFlo to anyone seeking reliable and professional assistance.

Dan and the team are very professional
The quoting process is simple as Dan really took time to understand my needs so the system he recommended is exactly what I felt like going with after many days of research. I'm a person of many questions and Dan answered them very patiently.The price is definitely very competitive considering the customer service and the professionalism.
The installation was smooth, they took away all the rubbish too so I don't have much clean up to do.
There was a misunderstanding at the installation time about which circuit I want to backup and afterwards (a couple of weeks later) I realised one circuit I want to backup is not done, I contacted Dan and they came out again to fix it for me, which is super nice thing to do.
Overall I feel very pleased with my system and feel very confident about the team.

Own company employees with trusted advice and commit to everything they say they would.
Dan and the Team at EnergyFlo were one of the 3 quotes we requested form Solarquotes.What impressed me is the following (and why we chose them for our install):
Made contact that day and was out to site next day to check over the requirements.
Checked out the under floor battery location and was in the roof inspecting the difficult access for conduit.
Followed up with a quote within 2 days that captured the unusual install to cater for the sub-board location.
Committed to an install date and if was not installed before the rebate reduction date would still honour the 'full rebate included rate'.
Local team who are not using subcontractors and are employing local people.
Trust that the team would do a great install and commit to timelines was a very important deciding factor.
Install Details:
Called the day before scheduled install to let you know time to expect.
Whole team were polite, diligent and you could see cut no corners and were focused on a great install.
Creatively changed the location of the gateway to allow access and mitigate conduit work to ensure a neat install.
Advised and re-wired all sub-board lines to support what was required of the 'single Tesla backup phase'.
Re-labelled meter/sub-board components and provided comprehensive paperwork and app integration.
All scrap items were taken away and you could not tell that there 4 people there on the day installing the 2 x Powerwall 3 batteries.
Overall summation:
It is rare that I write reviews of anything, however Dan and the team at EnergyFlo really impressed me with their commitment to very old fashioned service. Based on integrity, trust and exceptional knowledge of the field they work in. To see trades and professionals that were all in sync provides confidence that you are dealing with a company that is not just a 'fly by night' operation using sub-contractors' but one that is leading the way in high tech implementations.
Other providers would take time to get to site or simply rely on you telling them what was required from a master quote they would send. I had confidence from the start that EnergyFlo would deliver a great result and they have.

Great local installer
Dan was great to deal with, promptly provided a quote and was able to quickly install the solar and battery solution.The team did a great job answering my questions during the install. The install looks neat with wiring routed through conduits up to the ceiling. They arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the install. They've also explained what to expect during the first days as the battery is balancing the individual battery units in the stack.
I'm very happy with the install, the lead time and the price was competitive as well. I can only recommend the team at EnergyFlo.

2 X 50kw batteries w/solar installation
We recently had a solar system installed by the team at Energyflo with two 50kW batteries, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.The team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with large-scale installations. They took the time to explain the system design, how the batteries integrate with the solar generation, and how everything would work to maximise energy efficiency and backup capability.
The installation itself was smooth and well organised. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site tidy, and completed the job on schedule. The quality of the workmanship is obvious, and everything was tested and commissioned properly before handover.
Since the system has been running, the performance has been fantastic. The dual 50kW battery setup provides excellent storage capacity and gives us real confidence in our energy independence and backup power capability.
Overall, we’re extremely happy with the system and the service provided. If you’re considering a serious solar and battery installation, I highly recommend Daniel and his team
