Evo Solar founder Cam Pike started the business after working as an inspector of solar system installations across Victoria. To date, the firm has installed thousands of systems across the state.

Good service and friendly staff
I recently had an additional Tesla Powerwall 3 installed as an expansion to my existing system, and once again Evo Solar delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish.Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to deal with. They took the time to clearly explain the expansion process, made sure everything was tailored to my setup, and handled the installation smoothly with great attention to detail. The workmanship was top-notch, and everything was up and running without any hassle.
What really stood out to me was how they treat returning customers. As a repeat client, I was pleasantly surprised by the discount they offered, which shows they genuinely value long-term relationships rather than just one-off sales.
It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, excellent customer service, and fair pricing so well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Evo Solar to anyone considering solar or battery solutions—especially if you’re looking to expand an existing system.

Good company to deal with
Himan was great to deal with initially, then business owner Cam finalised our quote once we decided what we wanted. He was ready, willing and able to answer any questions we had.Our system was definitely not the cheapest out there, but I’m comfortable that we got good value for money for the system we have.
Still waiting on covers - maybe out of their control, maybe not ordered early enough?
System working well. Just waiting on inspection and the covers.

Excellent service and installation. Quotation was accurate, competitive and comprehesive. Perhaps a little more (and simple) explanation of the operation of the system would be helpful.
Sales, quotation and explanation was excellent with installation on time as earlier advised. Excellent service from all service providers and installers. Great bunch.Perhaps a little more time on explaining technical aspects of the system (to non-technical homeowners - like us) with advice and instruction on how best to extract the optimal financial benefits from using the system.

Recommended
This was our 2nd 6kW system and we added a battery so a little more complex. Cam and his team from Evo were the most helpful (and patient with all my questions!). Install with Trev and his team was flawless. They added a few extras like seperate GPO circuit on non backup power so that we can alert when running on only battery power (Tesla PW2 powers the whole house). They also installed a Reclaim heat pump and disconnected the gas. Our TOTAL grid energy use in 2024 was less than 20 kWhr FOR THE YEAR!Panel rating: 5/5

Smooth & quick installation
Had previously installed solar panels & on this occasion the install was a solar battery. Very happy with install process. Quick & smooth, now just waiting for first power bill to check out the savings. Happy to recommend.Battery rating: 5/5

Fantastic!
The sales process was quick and easy. Cam explained everything really well and provided all options.The install was really good. Communication was amazing and the guys on site were polite and left my garage clean and tidy.
The grid connection was done in the same week and was straightforward.
After the battery was turned on any questions were answered .

A job well done
Travis and his co-worker arrived a little earlier than scheduled and got to work straight away. Five hours later my Tesla Powerwall-3 and Gateway were installed and working. The installation is neat and tidy and the area thoroughly cleaned up. I had a few concerns about the location of the Powerwall These were quickly dispelled by Travis who adapted the location to my satisfaction. In all I am extremely satisfied with the service proved by EVO including the site visit by Cam, quotation and the work completed by his crew. Now we look forward to our system working as planned.
Highly Recommend
Cameron and his team have been fantastic both with our Solar System installation last year and now the addition of a Battery to the system. Evo Solar take care of all the administration required for any available rebates and are prompt and professional with regard to the installation itself.Excellent quality work and service.
