Great Company for Solar Batteries
The quoting process was great and when I decided to go ahead Keenan was able to update me with a newer product that fittes what I was looking for. Five-Star Solar Battery Upgrade Experience
We recently used Future Services to install a solar battery on our existing solar system, which included replacing the inverter and upgrading all the wiring. They are fully certified, and all their electricians hold the proper licences for solar battery installations.From the initial quotation to the final handover, the experience was fantastic. Keenan and his team were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Keenan not only answered all my questions thoroughly but also helped us select the ideal location for the battery and even installed a shed to house it.

A battery installer that is committed to pricing and perfection
I did a quote with Solar Quote for battery. Keenan called me up, saying that the brand that I enquire was a 5kw inverter and a 28 kw battery, was not good and has a lot of issue. There is a lot of issue with that battery and a 5kw inverter is insufficient. He recommended a few brand and one of them was a Fox ESS, EQ4800.He came to my house for a site visit and propose where the battery should be install. He recommend that I should get a shade for the battery. I can either get it from Amazon, ebay, Bunnings or he can install at a higher price, or I buy from Amazon and he will install for free.
The pricing that he quoted was very reasonable. After giving me the quote, he did not pressure me to make a decision, just one polite message asking me if I need further support on his side to decide on a battery.
When I finally decide on the Fox ESS and paid a deposit, he mentioned that he under quoted me and that he will honour the price that he quote. He has difficulties trying to get stock as there was other retailer with bigger order taking stock and being a priority as they were bigger player in the market.
All these time Keenan kept me updated on the stock situation and told me that he can return the deposit, find other option or keep on waiting.
This was in December. Come January, when he did get the stock, the rebate was reduced. He also find out that the CQ6 battery that was just launched in January was much better and would have cost him even more. He proposed that I get this battery, however, the price will still be the same as he quoted me initially, which he already under quoted me in the first place.
He finally confirmed on a time and date to install. His team arrived much earlier, but was very polite and waited until the appointed time to ring my door bell.
His team was very professional and know what they're doing. It has been 2 weeks since the install and I would have to highlight that his team did an extremely good job with the install. There is no single issue after the install, unlike other vendors that I've read in other posting.
With the under quote, lesser rebate and a newer battery model which cost around $1.5K more, I would be surprised if he did get any profit at all.
Keenan is a very committed and honest installer and the work that he and his team did is very efficient and professional. His company also do other electrical work, air conditioner, etc. I would not hesitate to work with him in future as I'm assured of his honesty in pricing and quality of work that comes with it.
I have received a lot of quotes with other vendors. However, non comes even close to Keenan's honest way of doing business which is, what is best for the customer, committed on the price even when under quote and still commit to deliver the very best even though operating at a loss.

Exceptional Service
Sales/quoting went smooth. It was extremely well presented and in detail explained how FoxESS Battery andHaier Hot Water Heat Pump work and what future benefits they provide for the customer.
Installation was coordinated smoothly and well executed On time, very tidy and excellent communication with
electricians and the plumber.
Guys where very professional in their approach to the tasks at hand. They explained well how to use Battery
and Hot water system. Also , after installation support is there as well. It is great to have in the future.
Exceptional overall experience with Future Services Pty Ltd.
I would and I will recommend by word of mouth my experience with Future Services Pty Ltd which is all positive.

Excellent service.

Ease of working with Future Services..
Just want to say working with Keenan & Aaron at Future Services was a great process they are easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with them both.Aaron came over to quote he was on time and equally very knowledgeable. We spoke to them about how to reduce our electricity bill, we have our daughter and three Grandchildren living with us, they looked at what we had (hot water system and Solar system) they advised what we would need to reduce our very expensive electricity bills.
Firstly was to replace the hot water system that was costing 40% of out power bill, the Heat Pump unit was installed and we saw a huge drop in our power bill.
Keenan advised us to have a large Battery installed with a 10KW Inverter. The Battery was fitted and now we have zero power bills.
Aaron gave us instructions on how to use and monitor the system, we are in our 70's, Aaron made it an easy process, Keenan kept us informed at each step, we recommend Future Services to anyone, they helped us so much the whole process was stress free and the system is saving us a lot so we can enjoy our retirement without having to worry about expensive Electricity bills.

Fantastic installer who did a great job for a sharp price
Very quick turn around on the quote, Brad was fast to come back to me with answers to my questions and they provided a firm price without even needing a site visit (just a few photos via SMS). We agreed on the make and model and booked install for just over a week away. Future services quote came in far cheaper than the price of another plumber we were talking to, and they had their own electrician do the circuit where as the other guys quote didn't include this part of the job. The day of the install it was absolutely bucketing with rain but Dane and Aaron worked tirelessly anyway and competed a fantastic job even in the soaking conditions. Highly professional and very high quality with the final install. We couldn't be happier with the job done by future services. 10/10.Supplier Reply:

Great experience with Future Services
Great experience with Future Services buying and getting our heat pump installed - very professional and nice people and fair price. Keenan and team were always happy to answer my questions about the new installation and changeover from our old continuous gas system. Easy to deal with and quick installation turnaround.
Asked for a quote on SolarQuotes, Keenan, the owner, called himself, came by to look at the situation around my house. After we selected the heat pump, he had to call around to find one as they were all sold out, did find one and the next Friday the guys installed it, disconnected and removed the gas installation and placed the heat pump so that we could still access the small area behind the house (the houses here are very close together, with like 90cm between wall and fence)Supplier Reply:

Great service & quick install
Great service & quick install of a Sigenergy battery system. The owner (Keenan) did a site visit prior to giving me a quote for the system that I wanted. No hard sale from Keenan. He gave me plenty of time to discuss with family & other companies. Once I signed the contract, the system was installed within 2 weeks. The installation team members were punctual, polite, efficient and did an excellent job. Converted my 3 yr old AC system to the new DC system. They stayed back till late in order to complete the commissioning of the battery. Sigenergy server was down & couldn't register the system for >30 min. It came back online eventually and the system has been working perfectly since Day 1. With the DC coupling, my system is producing 10-20% more solar power. Very happy with the install so far.Keenan has been super responsive with all my queries during & after the install. When I'm ready to install the bidirectional DC car charger or adding more solar panels, I'll definitely seek out Keenan & his team first.
Keenan is top bloke & Future Services is a great company to deal with!
