Great service!
Quote process for DC EV charger was very efficient. Installation undertaken very quickly, with clean and tidy finish. Customer service was great. In all very happy with the service. Staff were professional and polite from start to finish.21 April 2026
Great install and follow up service
Installation team and process went well. Finished product looks great. Follow up support with issues with oven was great. The app from Sigenergy is great showing live data not just averages.Battery rating: 5/5

Exceeded expectations
Sales and quoting was simple with clear easy to read terms and conditions. The install was prompt, within a week of paying the deposit. Customer service was great. They organised everything, including removing a previous solar system. An issue I had with accessing the app to monitor the system was quickly sorted.Great people to deal with.

Great job done
The team at JFK solar were incredibly fast and efficient. From first contact through to booking in the communication was great. The team that came out and did the install were polite, and efficient and kept tidy.The Signergy battery which integrates the Inverter makes for a neat installation.

Thoughtful install!
The thing that struck me was that JFK put some thought into my solar and battery install. Unlike other installers they actually read what I was after, refined it, and came back with a very reasonable quote. Other installers seem to go for just lowering price, and of course with that, lower functionality.Once agreed on the quote the install was set for a week ahead! It went very well with an old, 2010 system disassembled and decommissioned in a couple of hours. The new system was installed the next day and proceeded without bother. The installers were polite, punctual and very tidy.
Once set up the installers went through explaining the system showing how blackout protection worked etc. They were very responsive to my phone queries and got back to me quickly. I would definitely recommend them as solar installers.

A Real Surprise
The sales and quote process was prompt and needed one extra chat with me for more info before arriving by email.Was able to compare 2 quotes for the same equipment. I chose JFK to supply and install the system as the quote information was more easily read and understandable.
After paying the deposit on a Monday the system was installed 3 days later on the Thursday. All very neat and tidy in 7 hours. This also involved removing an existing PV array, inverter etc.
The customer service has been first class. “Old Fart” me needed help with installing the app. Nothing has been too much trouble to help me.

Awesome installation with good service during quote
Everyone at JFK was professional and willing to talk during a very busy period due to battery rebates.Very impressed on the day of install, they were punctual, polite, and a well coordinated team. These guys ticked all the boxes as far as I could tell, their cabling was run using best practice, it looks neat and tidy, and they cleaned up after their work was done.
They integrated an existing 6.6kW of solar with new 6.1kW of solar, an 8kW Sigenergy inverter, 24kWh of battery and backup gateway. 5 weeks after installation, all working great.
Even with the disappointment of having recall on Sigen system 2 days after install JFK impressed by being in touch to explain the working of recall.
Would recommend and shall use them again.

Still waiting for installation
After signing the contract and emailing it to them on the 7th October they contacted me yesterday saying there was a problem with their quoting system and they are only just processing the order now. So it still hasn’t been installed.28 October 2025

Could not be happier
After the initial mistake of using a neighbours roof to generate the quote, the process has been brilliant. All the changes I had for the number of panels to the inverter options, nothing seemed like a hardship and was actioned promptly.The installation was great with everyone being polite and keeping us up to date. There was a number of installers/tradies onsite that turned up on time and all did their part. The complete install finished in less than 6 hours. At all times we were asked what we wanted or needed and the team cleaned up and would not know they had been except for an Inverter on the wall.
The only negative I would have is that the scheduling does not give you a lot of notice, but it was not an issue for us and understand that weather plays a part in the install.
Also if you have a tile roof, as was mentioned by others in doing my research, it is a good idea to have at least 6 or 7 spare tiles as it can be a challenge to get them up if they are secured properly!

Professional and quality installation .
John and his team were responsive and friendly. The installation team arrived on time, was professional, delivered quality work and cleaned up after themselves. I have been very impressed with their due diligence and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them to others.
'TOP' Installer
I needed help upgrading an existing solar system — adding more panels (on a very challenging roof layout), installing batteries, replacing the inverter, and making sure the system would be ready for future expansion, including rapid EV charging. I like to understand the reasoning behind recommendations, and they took the time to explain the logic and the legislation behind every choice. All my questions were answered clearly and patiently.I was particularly impressed that they delayed the installation start by an hour so they could clarify a specific compliance issue with the state inspector, before proceeding. That extra care made the entire installation smoother and showed their commitment to doing the job properly rather than rushing.
The installation itself took a full day with 4–5 staff on site. Their teamwork was excellent, and at the end they cleaned up every last bit of old fittings and packaging — the place was spotless. They also made thoughtful adjustments to my mains box that will save me from needing a replacement when I add EV charging later, and they explained exactly why those changes mattered.
A top service company with real integrity. Highly recommended.
