Extremely pleased with installation and service
We chose JPower Energy to install a new solar system, including batteries, and we are extremely pleased with both the installation and the service we received.What stood out from the beginning was that JPower Energy’s initial site visit, conducted by Luke, was technically focused rather than being a typical sales-oriented pitch. This gave us confidence that the focus was on designing the right system for our property and requirements.
We then requested a follow-up site visit with company manager Jack Keene to fine-tune the system design and discuss our specific requirements in greater detail. Jack’s excellent communication, technical expertise and willingness to listen and provide guidance ensured that the final system met our needs. His approach was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout.
The administration and communication during the installation process were also excellent. As the installation took a number of days, we were kept informed with timely updates about the progress of the job. The technicians on site communicated well with each other and worked efficiently as a coordinated team, which was very evident in the quality and organisation of the installation.
Once the system was completed, the Solar App and equipment were clearly explained to us so that we understood how everything worked. Jack also followed up after the installation to check that everything was operating correctly and to provide an additional level of quality assurance.
Overall, our experience with JPower Energy was excellent. From the technically focused initial consultation, through the detailed system design, installation and after-sales follow-up, we felt that our requirements were genuinely listened to and professionally addressed.
We would have no hesitation in recommending JPower Energy to anyone considering a solar and battery system. Their technical knowledge, communication, workmanship and customer service set them apart from the other companies we considered.
