Persistent installers. Friendly
From sales to quoting, and a few question as we went, Glen was great. Whenever we rang, someone got back to us. Once date was organised, the stuck to it even though it was wet day. All the installers were friendly and efficient with the install starting at 7am. Installation was completed with a walk through the system and board upgrades by Ethan.Mike and Donna

Great Service
I asked Solar Quotes for three quotes. Was contacted by 3 companies. LMS Electrical gave us the most comprehensive presentation. Glenn explained that we could expect a 3 month wait for installation because of their backlog. After accepting the quote and paying the deposit we were given an installation date. LMS kept us up to date with progress and ended up installing the battery a few days early. Grant made sure that I was familiar with the app and took me through the battery turn off procedure, back up circuit and meter box. All in all a very professional job. We have the battery for 6 weeks now and are pleased with our choice. I have no hesitation in referring LMS Electrical to all.Inverter rating: 5/5

Highly Professional and Reliable
From the very start, the team listened carefully with upgrading 6.6kw solar to 11.8kw and adding a battery for 3 phase. They took the time to understand my needs. The quote was explained thoroughly, and any additional questions were answered clearly, which gave me great confidence in the quality of their work.Installation day did not disappoint. Communication was excellent, with the plan clearly explained and confirmed so we were both aligned on the vision.
The quality of workmanship and attention to neatness were outstanding.
I highly recommend this professional team.

Very Professional

Terrible experience
I am posting this as a factual account of my experience.1. Panel shortfall and scope variance
My signed quotation was for 72 panels. Only 68 panels were installed. The quotation also indicated additional panels were to be installed on the house (not just the shed), and those were not installed as illustrated. This discrepancy was raised but has not been rectified.
2. Grid connection not achieved
The system was discussed and quoted as a grid-connected system with the some talks off off grid. However, the system remains physically isolated from the grid and operates via a manual changeover arrangement. It is not functioning as a properly completed grid-connected installation. Energex raised defect/access issues that prevented the planned supply upgrade from being finalised, and the system remains in that state 6 months on from install.
3. Configuration inconsistency
Throughout the process, the description of what was supplied has changed between grid-connected and off-grid. The physical configuration currently in place does not reflect what was represented at the time of quotation.
4. Queensland battery rebate funds not transferred
The Queensland battery rebate was not available when I signed the original contract, so the battery installation was delayed until the rebate became available. I was later informed by LMS that the rebate had been received yet they have yet to transfer those funds to my bank account which they have a record of.
5. Scheme documentation concerns raised
Given the above issues, I have raised concerns with the relevant authorities regarding the documentation and compliance representations associated with this installation. I am not making allegations publicly, but I believe the matter warrants review.
This has been a prolonged and stressful process. I strongly recommend that anyone engaging an installer ensures all scope details, panel quantities, commissioning status, and rebate arrangements are clearly documented and confirmed in writing.
Supplier Reply:
Dear Matthew,As we have consistently demonstrated, we have acted in good faith throughout this process and remain committed to supporting you.
Your system was quoted and contracted as an off-grid system. Following installation discussions, you requested that it instead be configured as a grid-connected system.
To date, we have provided the following at no cost and outside the scope of the contract:
Completion of our portion of the uncontracted three-phase upgrade
Additional electrical works to your shed (including submains, mounting and installation of a package board), originally charged at a discounted $1,100 and waived in full
Passing on in full a Sungrow installer subsidy as a cash refund, despite there being no contractual or other obligation to do so
A further refund of $1,100 as a gesture of good faith
Absorbing the reduction in the solar rebate when your property was not ready for installation prior to year-end (your installation was scheduled several times, and moved at your request, due to delays from your builder)
In relation to the supply upgrade, Energex raised concerns regarding access due to your dogs and requested that your switchboard be relocated. Although switchboard relocation works were not within scope and the Energex requirement did not arise due to any act or omission on our part, we nevertheless offered to complete the relocation at no cost to you. We have not yet received a response to that offer.
We have sought to accommodate each of your requests and remain willing to work with you to bring this matter to a practical and cooperative resolution.

Excellent Install!
Like many, I found myself looking for an installer shortly after the government announced their battery rebate. I used Solar Quote's quote tool, and LMS were not only the quickest to get back to me, but they also seemed keen to talk to me, unlike some of the others. I knew nothing at the start, but I muddled my way through describing what I wanted, got my quote, then I went away and learnt more about how solar and the Sigenergy systems work. I ended up getting in contact with LMS several times before the installation day and ended up increasing the battery capacity I got on the day.Come installation day, I have never met a more punctual team in my life. It was like they swarmed my house out of nowhere, dead on the start time discussed. Tony and his whole team were very friendly and approachable, helped me through all the last minute questions I had, and took very good care of my house during the install. They were very diligent in their clean up at the end, making sure everything was spotless, and made sure to run me through processes like the bypass, just in case my inverter ever dies on me.
We've had our system now for a few weeks, and are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. It works flawlessly, the install was done to a very high standard and the team make me feel like I can always approach them if I ever have any problems. 5/5 stars!

Neat Install, Onsite Problem Solving
After asking for quotes and reviewing, I settled on LMS as they were nearby and had been in business for over 10 years in the solar space. Glenn from LMS came to site and reviewed the job ( courteous ).After a few tweeks and lots of questions, I was happy to proceed.
It was a full 3 months before install could be done due to the impressive rebate that the Federal Govt were offering.
All paperwork and organisation for the grid connection was submitted by LMS.
By the day of the install all was completed.
The LMS office staff kept in regular contact with regards to queries and start time.
On the day of install a crew of 6 turned up at 0645 and worked all day till 1630. They dismantled an older solar panel system before replacing with the new improved panels from Longi & an ANKER SOLIX battery.
The crew tidied up after themselves as they worked, and did a final inspection of the areas before finishing for the day.
Tony and Mark problem solved a couple of issues with regards to battery and solar panel placement and solar hot water management. Thinking on the fly.
I peppered both Tony and Mark about the systems capabilities and was happy with their responses.
I have no qualms in recommending LMS to others. In my book they are worth 5 STARS

LMS Electical: Personable People Doing Brilliant Work.
I knew I was on a winner on first contact with LMS and have been proved correct. Quoting was easy with their 'non-pushy' approach - the installation went ahead in its stages. LMS could not have been more helpful in delaying parts of the installation, so the roof could be properly restored before panel installation.The panels are very neat, the 48kwh battery bank is impressive, as is the gateway and upgraded meter box.
I am so grateful. LMS were patient, kind and gentle with my many questions. They were always on time to the minute, left not a skerrick of mess behind, and remained cheerful and polite throughout. I was shown how everything worked, including the app. I am addicted to the app, watching the system pump out power.
LMS Electrical are highly recommended - personable people doing brilliant work. They have done a wonderful job for me.

Incredible from start to finish
LMS Electrical recently installed our solar panels and battery system and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.From the very first quote, the sales team were: Clear and honest with their advice
Patient in answering all my questions about system size, savings and rebates Transparent with costs, with no hidden extras or sales pressure
The installation team were equally impressive. They:
• Arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day
• Were professional, polite and respectful of our home
• Kept everything neat and tidy, with all cabling and hardware installed cleanly
• Took the time to walk me through the system, the inverter and the monitoring app so I actually understand how it all works
The system has been performing exactly as promised, and the follow-up support from LMS Electrical has been excellent. Any small queries I’ve had since the install have been answered quickly and clearly.
I would highly recommend LMS Electrical to anyone considering solar and a battery. Five stars for both the sales team and the installation team.

LMS Electrical they are the best - service, value, and quality work
I would like to share my fantastic solar and battery install experience with anyone who wants to know. My name is Dan and I live in Belmont, Qld. I have had 3 prvious installs prior to going with LMS electrical. When the first solar panels where available over 15 years ago, the biggest system I could get was 1.5Kw. I had that installed. Since then I had 2 upgrades from a company on the northside of Brisbane installing a 5Kw inverter and batteries (albeit AGM setup). It was a disaster. German brand inverter kept failing, terrible support, got it replaced and still same issues. Forced me to upgrade to a Solix inverter and it only did part of the job. Wiring was messy and made my internal meter box look like a rats nest.So I was very reluctant this time around with the battery rebate and solar install. I wanted to get the biggest battery possible and with space to be able to add a Bi-directional charger in future (for a hydrib plug in vehicle) and with the biggest solar array possible on my roof. I spent weeks and weeks researching as much as possible, getting onto any website from installers to manufacturers. I organised at least 20 companies to get quotes. Had at least 8 people come out on site to speak to me personally.
My system is a SigEngery 40Kwh battery, 10Kw SigEngery Inverter and 20Kw solar panels.
I could have gone with 48Kwh batteries but left room for the bi-directional charger in future but now thinking about it, I'm kicking myself for not gettting the extra 8Kw batttery.
I had quotes from large companies and small ranging from $20k to $50k offering varying products. For the same setup I wanted, the closest I got from the bigger companies was around the $45K mark.
LSM was nearly half that price. And SigEngery is one of the better quality product that I decided to go with.
I came across Solarquotes.com.au whilst researching for a company to install and products. I checked the installers listed in here and products against other sites to be sure that it wasn't gamed. I sent an email to Finn to request 3 recommended installers. LMS was one of them. I got 2 replies from those recommendations and the third never replied.
Glen from LMS came out and gave me a quote. checked out my property and made sure that I had the correct details etc. Glen was not pushy, easy to deal with and answered all my questions on site. did a quote there and i was very pleasantly surprised. I has to check the finer details a few times to be sure that it was what i wanted.
I will answer a number of questions as suggested by this Site.
I paid the deposit, got a receipt for it. LMS gave an install date and they showed up on the day with 7 guys.
Told me what was happening. The process took 2 days. They removed all the old panels off, installed 44 new panels, removed all the old batteries and inverter, old messy wiring etc and installed all the new stuff in 2 days. They showed me how to connect via the app and left the place clean neat and tidy.
I was there with them the 2 days watching them carry out the work.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS SOLAR
The quality of work was meticulous and fastidious. Care and pride in workmanship. They glued all pipe joints, not just pushing them in. They made sure all pipes were level and plumb. minimised the number of knockin screws in the walls by using the one hole for 2 saddles. etc etc.
Reliability and quality work is what everyone wants. I know cos I'm a tradie myself.
Thank you LMS Electrical for making my solar and battery install a simple and painless process.
I want to thank the team at LSM (office and onsite staff) and Grant who is one of the owners of LMS who was out on site for 2 days doing the install.

Great team and services
LMS was great throughout most of the decision process their quotes came in with great value for money and offering the new Anker battery meaning we have a nice slimline installation. There was a few hiccups setting dates but we ending up getting it installed sooner than planned. The whole installation team was great from start to finish. Professional installation and good service
LMS wasn't the cheapest quote we received but the sales representative was extremely informative, detailing the equipment specifications and explaining the installation and grid connection process.All personnel involved in the installation were polite, the standard of work was excellent, and throughout the installation the site was left clean and tidy.
LMS and its employees provided very good customer service and I would be most happy to recommend LMS to anyone contemplating a solar installation..

Great Price, Great Service, Awesome Installation
I would like to thank Park, Georga, and all the boys who did the installation of my 16Kw Sigenergy Home Solar Battery system.Right from the the very start when Park came out to give me a quote, the information was clear, precise and without bias as to which system to use, but they did highly recommend the Sigenergy system as well as providing information and costing about the others.
As I was after a system that would cut in immediately and automatically if we experienced a blackout, then the Sigenergy was the way to go for us.
I paid my deposit, scheduled an installation date, got it installed by 3 amazing blokes who were so professional and polite, it was a great experience watching them do the work. In conjunction with the installation they explained and answered any questions I had about what they were doing so that I could understand how it all worked. Upon commissioning the System they showed me how to use the App, what all the graphs meant, how I could change the colours of the LEDs on the System etc, change times for heating the hot water , all with absolute professionalism.
LMS Electrical in Slacks Creek would be my first and only call should you be considering installing a Home Solar Battery System. They have a 5 Star Rating for a reason and its easy to see why!!
Would I recommend LMS Electrical, absolutely.

Most impressive
From first contact with LMS Electrical I have been most impressed with the quality of service. LMS were not the cheapest of the quotes provided however, I have complete confidence in the work. We had a previous 5kW system and now replaced with the larger array. Great People to Deal With
Just a brief note to say how impressed we have been with LMS Electrical during the assessment, quotation, purchase, installation and commissioning of our new 30 kWh Anker Solix home battery and the extension to our solar array, bringing it up to 11 kW. Everything was seamless, no fuss and professional. Tradespeople arriving on time, telling the truth and making the project ‘happen’ in a timely manner. When we encountered a glitch with the battery, Tony was right onto Anker and then dropped what he was doing and attended our site, making sure everything was working as it should.
