5 Stars from Start to finish
I am very happy with the service from RayAmp. From the beginning, they were very professional, helpful and easy to deal with.The installation was done on time and the workmanship was excellent. Everything was neat, tidy and professionally installed. They also took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explained the system clearly.
Their communication and responsiveness were also excellent. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and were always helpful.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with RayAmp and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional solar and battery installation.

Fantastic installer. Reliable and fast.
The Sales guy, Fred, was friendly and patient, all 3 houses on the block want to install solar. He took the time to listen and address each of our concerns and different needs.On the night before installation, the materials were delivered. Installation day went well, with only minor issues that were resolved quickly. Different clamps were needed for the panels, and they were sourced and delivered within an hour. All staffs were polite and tidy, and they arranged pickup for all the boxes and rubbish.
After installation, the customer service remotely helped organise the grid connection and the smart meter upgrade. Possible improvements maybe provided with early explanation on these steps after installation. And it will be nice to have some guidance on how to adjust the system settings for different situations.
Overall, a very satisfactory installation, highly recommended.

Customer First, product second
It's easy to get lost with different installers, pices and models. I went to get 5 different quotes with 5 different installers and received conflicting advice. Most just decided to push the product they wanted to sell to me.RayAmp was different, they took care to understand what I needed, wanted and gave me 3 options. Recommended me 1 and gave me time to digest. They were always responsive with the decision process and the aftercare has been too notch.
To helped me set up my app, addressa additional concerns I had weeks after the installation was complete.

Reliable solar solution provider
We had RayAmp install a 46kW Solax battery system and couldn't be happier with the experience. They came in and fixed issues left behind by the solar installer our home builder had originally used.What stood out most was how seriously they took compliance, regulations, and best practices — something none of the other installers we spoke with even mentioned. I came in with only half-knowledge (a lot of it from AI research) and a long list of questions, and they patiently and promptly answered every single one.
Stanley and Peter visited the site first, took all the photos they needed, and gave us an accurate quote with no last-minute surprises — unlike what some of our friends went through with their installers.
The technicians were thoroughly professional and did a fantastic job on the installation. RayAmp exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely be reaching out to them again if we need any solar work in the future.

A great experience from start to finish
I had an excellent experience with RayAmp Solar from the initial consultation through to installation and follow-up. The whole process was smooth, professional and very well organised.Communication was clear and responsive, and the team was always patient in answering my questions and explaining the process. The installation team was punctual, efficient and professional, and everything was completed smoothly.
I especially appreciated their reliability, attention to detail and genuine care for their customers. The whole experience was easy and stress-free, and I felt well looked after throughout the process.

Solar system installation
Very happy with my experience with RayAmp Solar. I had a 6.65 kW Risen solar system installed together with a SolaX 7.5 kW hybrid inverter and 25.6 kWh battery.Cassie Yang was very helpful throughout the sales and quotation process. She was responsive to my questions, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose a system that suited what I was looking for.
The installation went well and the system has been working as expected. Overall, a positive experience with RayAmp and I would be happy to recommend them.

A very efficient and reassuring process with Rayamp
I discovered Rayamp from Globird Energy Provider website. Initially the Globird connection gave me confidence. But very quickly I found Steve from Rayamp to be genuine, transparent and helpful, right from day 1. The quotes were very competitive. Very easy to get information from. Quick responses to emails (sometimes within minutes). Always ready to answer questions (and I had many!).The installation team came from Melbourne to regional VIC and completed work as thorough professionals. Work was neatly done. Explained to us well how to use the system.
There was more rebate available for me which Steve discovered and promptly passed on.

Fantastic installation
