Solar system installation
Very happy with my experience with RayAmp Solar. I had a 6.65 kW Risen solar system installed together with a SolaX 7.5 kW hybrid inverter and 25.6 kWh battery.Cassie Yang was very helpful throughout the sales and quotation process. She was responsive to my questions, explained the different options clearly, and helped me choose a system that suited what I was looking for.
The installation went well and the system has been working as expected. Overall, a positive experience with RayAmp and I would be happy to recommend them.

Quick and helpful
Steve helped guide me through the quotes with several offers, replied very quickly to questions, installation was tidy and on time, Cassie from aftercare service also helped setup the app.Supplier Reply:

Great install
I had my system installed 4 months ago with these guys, so far so good. Clean installation and friendly service. And my bill dropped from $500 which is amazing.Panel rating: 5/5

Great system

A very efficient and reassuring process with Rayamp
I discovered Rayamp from Globird Energy Provider website. Initially the Globird connection gave me confidence. But very quickly I found Steve from Rayamp to be genuine, transparent and helpful, right from day 1. The quotes were very competitive. Very easy to get information from. Quick responses to emails (sometimes within minutes). Always ready to answer questions (and I had many!).The installation team came from Melbourne to regional VIC and completed work as thorough professionals. Work was neatly done. Explained to us well how to use the system.
There was more rebate available for me which Steve discovered and promptly passed on.

Fantastic installation
