Solarbank Installation
Solar Quoting process was responsive and detailed on equipment to be used and return on investment.Installation was seamless. They arrived on the given date / time. The installation team were polite and tidy. Team arrived approx 7am. The system was installed and up and running around 11.30am.
No issues with the customer service .

New installation
The installation just occurred today. The quote process and the installation were smooth and we were kept informed the whole time.20 February 2026
Excellent experience
Solarbank was quick to engage during the sales process and provided very good advice with respect to preparing a solution to fit my property and budget.Prior to installation I decided to modify the scope to include and AC EV charger. Solarbank provided a competitive proposal for that work also.
The installers did a very good job and even identified the hot water was connected to main meter instead of the controlled load meter during ht install.
Post installation they provided basic advice regarding system features and configuration options.
Overall I’m very happy with the quality of work and would recommend Solarbank based on this experience.

Solarbank Met All Expectations
Solarbank were happy to do a site inspection before quoting which separated them from some of the other organisations I spoke to. Then from the quoting process and then through installation all their staff were great to deal with. I would have no hesitation recommending Solarbank and in fact have already done so.21 January 2026
Battery installed & and operational in about 4-hours.
First contact was an introductory email from Solarbank on 16Nov25. I received a phone call on the 17Nov25 to discus my requirements and a request for a photo of the switchboard, inverter and proposed location for the battery. Based on that information I received quotes for two different systems on 18Nov25.After receiving the remaining three quotes I had some additional questions, including when could it be installed, which I raised late on the 23Nov25 and were addressed in an email on 24Nov25 - 'second week of January'. I accepted their quote on the 26Nov25. Installation date confirmed as 14Jan26 on the 28Nov25..."We are pleased to confirm your installation for 14 January 2026. We typically start at 7-7.30am, with your system complete and functioning by mid-late afternoon. A member of our team will be in touch closer to the date with further details."
I received a mobile text on 13Jan26 from Matt confirming the appointment the next morning.
Matt and Charlie arrived at 0655 and when they left ~4.5 hours later the place was cleaner than they found it. Of course the system was working and hasn't skipped a beat since but the switch board was left looking better after they'd changed out the old MCBs!
All four quotes were within cooee of one another in terms of price for virtually identical systems and the customer service to that point was excellent. Solarbank's install date was one to two months earlier than the other companies.
Solarbank's quoting, timing, delivery and installation of the system was exceptional in my view.

Fast, efficient and knowledgeable service
From start to finish our experience with Solarbank was first rate. Janice was incredibly knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. The installation team were careful, efficient and delivered a quality product. No hesitation in recommending the Solarbank team.23 November 2025
Really helpful, very knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
David from Solarbank was one of the few installers that came round to see the house to inspect it, listen to our needs and discuss options. I spent a lot of time researching what I wanted and David was very helpful in that process. He was then very patient, answered all my questions (which was many) and helped me through my strata issues.The install went well, I did have one issue 4 days after the installed and David was round asap to sort it out; not great there was an issue but these things happen, what was important was how it was dealt with and I’m really happy with the outcome.

Professional, able to think beyond a standard installation, Very Happy
The sales and quoting aspect was professional and answered all my question with real world answers not just theoretical ones. The installers were quick (but not rushed) and did an excellent job (I come from a trades background and know a good job when I see one), they answered my questions during the installation happily and without hesitation. Cleaned up after themselves.I would whole heartedly recommend them..

We couldn’t be happier!
Solarbank are incredibly professional. They provide excellent education so you can make an informed decision. They are punctual. Their team are extremely polite. The installation went very smoothly, highly professional job and customer service. I recommend Solarbank to anyone!
Great advice and installation of a comprehensive system.
From comprehensive on-site inspection through to recommendations and quoting this was a pleasant experience. Our house is complex with car charging needed in the garage but the meter box and gateway are on the other side of the house(with no car access). So we have the integrated battery, inverter and DC car charger in the garage eliminating an extra power run across the house. Also solar panels had to go on three parts of our complicated roof.The installers were on time, polite and friendly, tidy and helpful. All the approvals, REC's, battery rebate, grid/DNSP, breaker upgrades and app setup were organised for us. Cost Includes removal of old solar panels and inverter, removed due to age and roof space limits.
I would happily recommend Solarbank for their neat and professional installation designed for us.
