Professional Team
I selected Urban Renewables to install our Sigenergy home battery because the way Sean engaged was professional, prompt and technically well prepared. His answers to my questions always made me feel he knew the topic well and I could trust his guidance. After accepting the quote, we moved to the installation phase, carried out by a directly employed team, not contractors. This team was also very impressive, fast quiet, tidy. You could hardly tell they were around during the one full day and a few hours the day after. The outcome was a super neat installation, with minimal fuss.All up, I say it was a process with a level of professionalism often lacking in this industry, with the result being a system that just looks right and most importantly has operated from day one without a hitch.
I paid a little more than the cheapest quote, but I have felt confident and comfortable with my dealings with the team at Urban Renewables all the way, ending in a great installation.

Excellent customer service and professional install
Urban Renewables provided a timely, professional and knowledgeable response to my request for quote on a home battery and all of my questions. I was offered a next day install (versus a 2 month wait) due to a cancellation and gratefully accepted. The crew was professional, polite and tidy. They were also local and I prefer to support local businesses, where possible. Highly recommend!Battery rating: 5/5
