Very good company ASAES

Very good company got the right solar system for my home advised me the correct solar system for my home not like the other companies those want to charge you more for the less efficient solar system specially Ravi Inder Singh was a very professional person. He done the assessment before Installing the solar system and provide me the best solar system according to my energy needs. He helped me as well with to choose the right plan for electricity and gas and help me saved money on electricity and gas plans. After sale service is very good as well not like the other companies those sell you solar system and after that don’t care very happy with their service.

Exceptional Knowledge and Service

Choosing a right Solar System is quite an exhaustive and involved process unless you are just installing one for the sake of it. There are lots of frauds and shoddy sales representatives with superficial understanding of Solar Market & Systems. That’s where the very first Birender made the difference for us to make an informed decision for installing a for-for-purpose Solar System.

I have been dealing with Birender from his early days in the energy sector and when I called him up for a discussion I was pleasantly surprised with his extensive knowledge and commitment to ensure my approach and plans for Solar Investment was worth its value and it was something which can cater for our future needs. Birender installed a monitor to first validate our energy consumption and based on that he provide 3 options with clearly articulating pros and cons of each option. At no point he was forcing us to commit or get into one particular type/size of system.

We took our time and when we were ready, the whole experience was just walk in the park where he not only found the quality of workmanship and professionalism of his team was quite pleasing. It’s been over a month now and he still regularly checks on status of service and share his expert knowledge and offer relevant (free) services which I find very valuable and supportive to make sure we are drawing maximum value from our investments in Solar System.

I highly recommend Birender for any of Solar Energy needs, give him try and you would be know why.

Fantastic solar installer. Great system and excellent service.

It's been approx 6 months since I had my 11kw solar PV system installed and it's running well with no issues. I would have no issues using
Birender and ASAES again.

The actual system installation from booking was carried out by him and his team quite fast.

He was very easy to talk to and you can tell he just genuinely cares about the industry and what he does. He was always very punctual, polite and willing to help answer any questions I had. He didn't rush the quoting process in any way which I really appreciated.

As a system designer I found Birenders knowledge of different inverters, panel brands, string configurations, battery setups, future planning needs and more very useful.

Birender, it was a pleasure to work with you to install my system and I look forward to you installing any future upgrades I may need when an electric vehicle comes along!

Customer service and support

Barinder is amazing and supportive to explain the process and to Install the solar panels. Even after the installation he has been supportive to monitor the system and resolve issues. He is very helpful to assist and recommended the service providers.

Very professional & knowledgeable

My experience with ASAES in general and Birender in particular was fantastic. From the start, i.e. during quoting/proposal phase, I found him very professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions in the beginning and having done my initial study I wanted to ensure that I get the best possible outcome. Perhaps what stood out the most was that unlike most other installers where I was merely speaking with a sales guy who had superficial knowledge and were throwing generalized proposals/information at me, Birender was able to answer most of my questions and advise me as to what will and will not work in my particular scenario which helped me finalize my system to my satisfaction.
The proposal was highly competitive and the installation process was smooth and seamless. The electrician(s) engaged for installation were friendly and they ensured the job was done safely and tidily. Post installation inspections were organized by ASAES who also made sure that my monitoring app/portal was setup immediately. I had enough assistance to organise grid connection. Other than the one slight glitch in form of a failed optimizer, the system has worked without any issues. ASAES was quick to attend to the failure as soon as I reported it and coordinated with the manufacturer to organize replacement.
Overall, very happy with my experience and highly recommend ASAES!

Fantastic customer service and great product performance

I got Birender Singh's reference from my friend and I further recommend Australian Solar & Energy Solutions (ASAES) very happily for their work as they have delivered a very fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

He provided me with multiple options and PV system quotes to choose from, answered all my many questions and cleared my doubts. Each step was done efficiently and as per the time given. The inverter installation is the cleanest one I have ever seen by any other installer. Process of system connection to grid via the service provider was smooth and taken care by ASAES.

Birender keeps following up from time to time and he has remotely done couple of software upgrades too. Recently I had high AC voltage getting delivered at my home from the grid, which he easily got resolved by getting in touch with the service provider. I'm very satisfied by their before and after sale service as there was not even a single instance where I had to intervene or worry about.

Overall the product is performing well and I am seeing the return of investment within a year of installation. Kudos to the ASAES team.

Very good and fantastic
