Very Happy with Fast Install
Responded promptly to request for a quote. Offered several options with the install giving advice on each option. Once accepted install was carried out very quickly and efficiently. Removing one set of my oldest old panels and adding 18 new panels, battery, Gateway took two days despite illness with part of their team. System was commissioned on morning of day three and it has performed flawlessly since.Installers were friendly and helpful and always had time for any questions. Explained the system and app very well.
They were very neat in their work and helped me choose the optimum locations. Nothing seemed a problem for them.
They left my property as clean as it was before they came.
No hesitation in recommending them.

A huge thank you to the team at Eco Ease for making our solar and battery purchase seamless and genuinely educational. From my first contact with Benn, his knowledge and helpful advice set Eco Ease apart from the other quotes we received. Benn also highly recommended the Sigenergy system, which I absolutely love so far.Tom went above and beyond to fast-track the installation and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions.
Hamish and the installation team were legends. They were a great bunch of guys, and nothing was too much trouble. We had some hectic winds on the day, and they even called in backup to get the job done safely and on time. Hamish has also been fantastic post-install, helping with a few teething questions.
Overall, I cannot recommend Eco Ease enough. I’ve already passed their details on to a few mates who are planning installations in the new year.
