Down with Carbon.
Very happy with the service and the quality job.only problem is we cannot access the performance of our system as we cannot connect to the app.
there seems to be a problem with passwords and to me the whole security thing seems overly complex and very frustrating and over the top.
so we do not know how the system is performing.
we went with Q cells and sunny boy inverter ,my reasoning was to buy the top quality as the government incentive is a one off so use the money to buy top end and hope it outlasts us.

Electric Cool Geraldton took us through a highly professional sales and quoting process, seamlessly followed by an equally professional installation team. Prior to the go-ahead for grid connection of our solar package size, Electric Cool Geraldton's sales representative communicated with Western Power on our behalf, keeping us up to date of all developments. When the required in-house wiring and solar panels were in place, he also organised the grid connection. Great service. Great workmanship.24 January 2021

These guys are very good.
Very professional team to deal with. Did what they said they would do, turned up on time and left the place immaculate when they left.
