Knowledgeable
I had quotes for 3 systems to arrive at my budget and salesman was very helpful. After seeing the batteries placed in position we had chosen, we weren't happy with position and installers other positions with which we settled on and installation went smoothly. was a very helpful installer, knowledgeable with lots of experienced advice. They helped set up the app and showed me how it works.. now just waiting for inspector to start using and saving money.15 October 2026

The team at Electrical Masters was fantastic with my solar battery installation today. A special mention to Ricky, our sales rep, who was extremely helpful and always punctual with his replies to my emails and questions. Yet to use the system but very happy so far.
I wish I was able to submit this after I was able to use the system (awaiting the inspection) but apparently the review is required asap. So far the product, price and installation I can’t fault, they have been very helpful and informative. The electrician was great at explaining everything to me and the Labor team was polite and the system looks great on the roof.09 October 2026

Great installation
Everything was fantastic installation was very prompt and to the point the only thing is we wished for better customer service. We were given very little notice of the installation less than 24hrs as well no notice that the panels and battery would be delivered the night prior (especially so late in the evening) or that we had to be home to receive them.Overall very happy with our new solar panels and battery just wishing for better communications in the future.

Fast, professional installation and excellent communication
I had a 27.98 kWh AlphaESS battery system installed by Electrical Masters and have been very happy with the process so far.The sales and quoting process was straightforward, and my questions about the system, installation requirements and costs were answered clearly before I signed. The installation was completed only about two weeks after signing the contract.
Two technicians attended on the day. They were professional, tidy and happy to answer all my questions throughout the installation. The finished installation looks very neat.
During testing, they noticed that some of the readings in the AlphaESS app were incorrect, including the house load and power-flow information. They immediately contacted AlphaESS support and spent around 30 minutes working with them until the issue was corrected from the backend. I appreciated that they made sure the problem was resolved rather than leaving it for later.
The system is currently switched off while waiting for the independent electrical inspection and final commissioning. Once that is completed, Electrical Masters will also assist with configuring the battery charging and discharging settings.
Overall, I have been very happy with the communication, turnaround time and quality of the installation so far.

After seeing several different installations around the area, I decided to give Electrical Masters, who stood above the crowd, a call. Great team and great installer!!
Feel like I scored a goal after using solar quotes to source a quote from the team at Electrical Masters.From quote to install was a breezy service! Even after a fault being recognised the team at Electrical masters were able to quickly follow it up with manufacturer and fix it.
In house install team, were efficient, friendly and provided a detailed explanation of the battery post installation.

Very professional, A+ installer
We recently used Electrical Masters to replace our existing older solar panels, and the whole experience was very smooth from start to finish.The sales and quoting process was excellent. Rather than simply providing a quote, they came over to assess our existing installation, explained what needed to be done and talked us through the process. The quote itself was detailed and clearly showed the proposed plan, which made it easy to understand exactly what we were getting before proceeding.
Once we accepted the quote, they organised the installation within the week. The team was punctual, polite and professional, and the installation itself was completed very efficiently and neatly.
One thing I particularly appreciated was that we already had a battery system installed by another company. This wasn’t an issue for them at all — they were able to integrate the new solar installation and wire it correctly to the existing battery inverter.
The customer service after the installation was equally good. They followed up and answered all our questions, organised removal of the old panels and other waste, and arranged the necessary inspection for the system to be connected to the grid. The whole process felt well coordinated rather than leaving us to chase up the different steps ourselves.
Overall, it was a seamless experience and I would wholeheartedly recommend Electrical Masters.
Even if you are considering a few different installers, I would suggest getting a quote from Electrical Masters before making your decision. Based on our experience, they are definitely worth considering.

I recently had Electrical Masters install my home battery and EV charger, as well as upgrade my switchboard. The installation took two days, and installers Harry and Aaron completed the work professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard.What impressed me most about Electrical Masters was their excellent post-installation support. Best price, friendly installer, great outcome.
When updating the size of my house Sungrow battery system I got six quotes and also some independant expert advice.Electrical Masters offered the best quote by a big margin. Then when I reviewed their reputation and I asked their sales rep some hard questions, I got good answers. Today the upgrade has been installed quickly and effectively, by a friendly and efficient installer. We talked through the changes made and checked that my Phone App was showing the updated battery data.

Great system at an awesome price
Electrical Masters provided a well designed battery solution including a gateway to allow full operation of the system in off-grid mode.The quote provided was signficantly cheaper then others for exactly the same equipment.
There was a reasonable delay between deposit and installation but this was due to supply of battery components rather than installers.
The installers were on time and the installation was very neat and the site was left tidy afterwards. Intially there was a compatibility issue between the existing soalr panel inverter (SolarEdge) and the new battery system (SigEnergy). Electrical Masters spoke to both technical teams and were able to resolve the issue within 48 hours. The SigEnergy app is brilliant and gives your full visibility and control over the system operation.
I'd highly recommend Electrical Masters as a battery system installer.
10 months later we asked Steve: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Very good installation experience.
The salesman was knowledgeable and quotes competitive. Very helpful regarding location of battery. Once purchased the company could have improved their communications as a date was set for installation but cancelled with no follow up advice on a new date. Excellent Solar Installation Experience
Great experience with Electrical Masters from start to finish. They installed our solar system within a week of paying the deposit, with the panels and batteries delivered and installed on the same day, which was very convenient. Prompt install at a great pric
Electrical Masters included an additional 10kw battery which got them the job.Installation went well with the battery ending up in our brick garage.
So far it is working well with the battery meeting all our current electrical demand. See how it goes once winter comes.
Only gripe is that we asked for blackout protection, which we paid extra for. However, on the day of the install I was advised that it covered only two circuits (kitchen and lights). Was hoping it would cover heating/ cooling.
