Best price, friendly installer, great outcome.
When updating the size of my house Sungrow battery system I got six quotes and also some independant expert advice.Electrical Masters offered the best quote by a big margin. Then when I reviewed their reputation and I asked their sales rep some hard questions, I got good answers. Today the upgrade has been installed quickly and effectively, by a friendly and efficient installer. We talked through the changes made and checked that my Phone App was showing the updated battery data.

Electrical Masters upgraded my 3kW rooftop solar with new Jinko panels to 15kW and connected to an existing GoodWe battery and inverter. I recently had a battery system installed by Electrical Masters, and I’m extremely happy with the entire experience. Ricky and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took great pride in their workmanship.From the initial consultation, Ricky explained everything clearly, including how the battery would work with my solar system and how I could get the most benefit from it. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, and the team kept me updated every step of the way.On installation day, the team arrived on time and completed the job to a very high standard. The installation was extremely neat and tidy, and they made sure everything was tested and working properly before finishing. They also took the time to explain the system and app so I could easily monitor my battery, solar production, and household energy usage.It was a pleasure dealing with Ricky and the Electrical Masters team. Their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Great system at an awesome price
Electrical Masters provided a well designed battery solution including a gateway to allow full operation of the system in off-grid mode.The quote provided was signficantly cheaper then others for exactly the same equipment.
There was a reasonable delay between deposit and installation but this was due to supply of battery components rather than installers.
The installers were on time and the installation was very neat and the site was left tidy afterwards. Intially there was a compatibility issue between the existing soalr panel inverter (SolarEdge) and the new battery system (SigEnergy). Electrical Masters spoke to both technical teams and were able to resolve the issue within 48 hours. The SigEnergy app is brilliant and gives your full visibility and control over the system operation.
I'd highly recommend Electrical Masters as a battery system installer.
10 months later we asked Steve: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"

Very good installation experience.
The salesman was knowledgeable and quotes competitive. Very helpful regarding location of battery. Once purchased the company could have improved their communications as a date was set for installation but cancelled with no follow up advice on a new date. Once contacted and given feedback regarding the lack of communication the company was very responsive and handled everything professionally.Panel rating: 4/5

Excellent Solar Installation Experience
Great experience with Electrical Masters from start to finish. They installed our solar system within a week of paying the deposit, with the panels and batteries delivered and installed on the same day, which was very convenient. Prompt install at a great pric
Electrical Masters included an additional 10kw battery which got them the job.Installation went well with the battery ending up in our brick garage.
So far it is working well with the battery meeting all our current electrical demand. See how it goes once winter comes.
Only gripe is that we asked for blackout protection, which we paid extra for. However, on the day of the install I was advised that it covered only two circuits (kitchen and lights). Was hoping it would cover heating/ cooling.

Quick installation
While most installers were ignoring requests for solar battery quotes due to May deadline for battery rebates, I received a quote from Raj at Electrical Masters on the same day.Quote to installation was done in about 10 days which was very quick and the installers came on the exact day they promised. There were a few hiccups during the installation but that was due to Goodwe support providing incorrect informaton rather than an issue with the installers. A full switchboard upgrade was also done. I'm yet to test all the features of the Goodwe battery including whole house back up but so far no issues and works well.

Great solar and battery installer in Melbourne
I received more than seven quotes, and this was one of the most cost-effective solutions that met my needs.Jas worked very efficiently. I contacted him and received a quote on the same day.
I was concerned about the May deadline, but the installation was completed very quickly and smoothly. The whole process took less than 10 days from start to finish.
As expected, there were a few complications during the process, but everything was handled professionally and resolved efficiently. I’m very happy with the consultation and installation of the 13kW solar system and 42kWh battery, and the system is working well.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the price and the quality of the installation. I would happily recommend Electrical Masters to anyone considering solar.

Battery 42kw and inverter merged with previous solar
Great service. They were able to accommodate relocation of inverter and battery to fit the property as well as working the previous solar in with a complicated 2 phase switchboard. Quick to respond and answer questions or adjust the quote.Great price and had the system installed within 2 business days of confirming the quote. Installers were friendly, quick, clean and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.

Quality Sigenergy Install - Highly Recommend
Very happy with Electrical Masters. Ali was excellent during the quote process - answered all my technical questions and helped me spec the right system without any pressure.Timeline was great - quote to installation in just over a week. Installation quality was top notch. Clean cable routing, professional battery and inverter mounting, everything sealed properly. The team kept the site clean and didn't leave any mess.
System was properly commissioned including Gateway for backup, CT clamps, and network setup. Everything works perfectly in the app and the EV charger integration is seamless.
Good value for quality equipment and professional installation. Would recommend.

Electrical Masters - Everything was good
Electrical Masters were the first to respond with in the quoting process. To be honest, I was happy with all three quotes but I had to choose one. They did offer the cheapest quote. After research of all the 3 quotes and what they offered, I chose them. It wasn't an easy choice.The installation went well. They explained what would happen and how it would work.
The system has worked perfectly so far. The backup system has automatically kicked in twice when there were grid outages.

Support has been terrible
Electrical Masters has provided very poor support. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get an update, and even then there’s often no response. Wiring required to be changed on my inverter, they repeatedly promise to follow up or deliver a fix, but those commitments aren’t met and nothing gets resolved.28 January 2026

Recently had a new solar system installed by Electrical Masters!Really happy with the system, from the quoting to install was great. Jas was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he gave me plenty of options and answers all my questions, and he gave me a great price with great system to suit my needs! Ricky, Joel and his team went above and beyond with install, systems looks great, works greats, when they boys broke a tile and missed it, they came back next day to fix it and offered to fix any water damaged it caused

Quick and easy
Adjusted the system to suit my needs and price range. Installation happened very quickly and they cleaned up 98% of the rubbish which was really good - not all installers do this.Additionally, the install itself looks good. They paid a lot of attention to detail making it tidy.
Customer service was good. They made the applications etc.

Great installer, great price, no complaints
I originally went in just kicking the tyres for a quote, but I ended up going all in a 40 kW battery and around 24 panels. The installation team and sales staff were knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint is that someone from the sales team (not my primary contact) kept calling to “hurry along” the SolarVic approval process. That doesn’t work, and according to SolarVic, it needs to stop. Secondly, two of the three SolarQuotes sales people was the same individual with a different name, calling on behalf of two different installers. A bit weird, but all is well that ends well.

Solar battery installation
Update 16/1/2026: The installer came back to me and offered installing blackout protection at no additional costOriginal review: They tried to come close to the quotes I recoeved from else where and when I was to sign the contrct backflipped on black out protection. I agreed to balck out with additional $200 from the original quote.
Installers were late by half a day than informed. No updates on delay was given. They were polite and professional in other aspects.
During installation I realised that black out protection is not provided and I was quoted $1100 more to have it installed. Later they offered me tonhave it installed for additional $550.
During installation the canopy as per contract was notbprovided and later installed after multiple follow up.
The oven connection was disconnected and I realised that only a week after when I tried to use the Oven. I paid call out fee for the Oven peaple only to rralise it was not connected from the switch board.
32 Amps EV charger was wired to 16 Amps. This was fixed later after multiple follow up.

Awesome job Electrical Masters
I selected Electrical Masters as my Solar and Battery installers. They were professional and eager to assist with my questions and changes to battery and Solar sizing. I ended up after a day selecting Sigenergy battery, Sig EV charger and Aiko panels with Ali. Install was done 2 weeks later(8 Dec 25). Other installers were stating Feb 2026. Very happy with Electrical Masters install job as they catered to my needs on Inverter placement, cabling etc. The guys who did the install job worked hard (11hr day), polite and cleaned up. I was provided a cost effective system. Ricky, Joel and Daniel were also helpful on the day and made sure it was done right. Ricky also mentioned a Life Time support as they monitor and support system online. Awaiting inspection now.06 December 2025

Excellent Experience
From initial contact with Electrical Masters to installation only a few days later, I have been extremely impressed by Electrical Masters.Sales & Quoting was very professional and expedient.
Installation done efficiently and no mess at all left - just a neat job. Connection to grid completed within minutes of Battery installation.
Shown basics of App by installers, however app is pretty involved, so it would have been good to be provided with a basic step by step guide to various tasks such as how to turn Battery off & on, how to manually import from the grid (to take advantage of free imports from retailer).
All in all a great experience and now just praying for a bit of Melbourne sunshine!

Excellent service with reasonable price and support
I was researching for solar installation for my house and then come to know about Electrical Masters and I just requested a call from their representative.Next day, I received the call and they tried to understand my usage and later on offered me the best option and installation was arranged within a 2 week.
Installation went without any issue and they also gave me all the necessary instructions.

Overall happy with the system. Initially a “to and fro” with the sales team as I wanted what I wanted- not a sales pitch. Came to an understanding with the owner-Rickie- he visited the property and collaborated with what I wanted-DC Coupled with full house back up ( I0 kw inverter and 42 kWh battery- my decision on what I use) and changeover to RCBO. Rickie was good to work with in what I wanted.Jassi the installer was remarkable. Very dedicated and detailed in what he did. He connected me to the APP and explained how the system worked. Cleaned up well. Weather wasn’t helpful but he got the job done. Well done Jassi.
After installation customer service contacted me to inform about the inspection process. Awaiting further updates on this.
Overall happy with the installation process and will continue to monitor and update as needed

Great solar battery system for triple story house
I found Electrical Masters the best company for installing solar panels and battery systems. In the past I had a small system and now we have installed 48 kw batteries for our house and it is great.
