Very good installer
The sales and quoting process was clear and straightforward. Everything was explained well, the pricing was transparent, and all my questions were answered without any pressure. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the decision-making process.The installation went very smoothly. The team was punctual, polite, and professional, and they kept the site tidy both during and after the work. It was clear they took pride in what they do and worked efficiently.
Customer service was excellent. The team was helpful in explaining how the system works and took the time to walk me through using it properly, including the charger/battery setup. Communication was clear, and it was reassuring to know support was available after the install, including help with next steps like grid connection and paperwork.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Thanks again to the whole Green GEN Solar team—I’d be happy to recommend you to others.
