Excellent customer service
Excellent and professional service throughout whole process, from quote to installation and follow up. Good customer service and communication. Very careful and professional installation team who took additional time to consider our preferences with the installation.Highly recommended.

Very Professional & Ethical
Quoting process was professional, clear and transparent. Installation was in 2 stages, rough-in during the build and completion at the end of the renovation build, on the agreed days. Communication was great and everything was done to specification. Linked Solar also undertook our 3 phase supply up-grade to future proof our all-electric home, including a hybrid inverter. They helped organise the grid connection to coincide with the 3 phase connection, saving more than $1,000. A very neat job, well organised and competitively priced.Panel rating: 5/5

Very professional and high-quality installation
I engaged Link Solar to deliver a new Solar panels and battery system. I found Christian to be very professional and took time to answer a number of questions I had to ensure I was comfortable in making a decision. I found Christian to be very knowledgeable and at no stage felt pressured to proceed. After confirming acceptance to purchase I found the communication of very high quality and understood exactly the steps being conducted and timelines. The installation teams were friendly and very efficient and cleaned up the site after finishing. Max when installing found an issue with the switchboard cabinet that had been there for many years and could have been harmful if it had not been detected. This high-level of diligence produced a very high-quality outcome for the installed system. The install team took time to explain the setup and what would happen at different points of the timeline. Christian contacted me shortly after to confirm next steps and the relevant points of contact for the Sigenerygy battery. Having recently installed I am more than pleased with the performance of the Aiko Solar panels and battery. The professionalism, communication and high-quality customer service shown by Link Solar has impressed me and I highly recommend Link Solar to other people looking to purchase a system.

All round great experience
I was after a small solar system and someone more local. Knowing LinkedSolar were also a family business was why I chose them. Once I made my choice Christian and Jo were very prompt and happy to answer any (and all) of my questions and installation was quick. I had good communication throughout the process. This continued when there were issues sorting out linking to the electricity supplier. The installers were friendly, and Max was happy to explain things as they happened. He and his team went out of their way to replace other broken tiles. The installation went well, the system looks great, and my place was left tidy. My system hasn’t missed a beat. A battery only
I have dealt with Linked Solar before, and obtained a quote after I was not completely happy with the 3 suppliers recommended by Solar Quotes. Lightning Solar was very helpful and provided a lot of answers to my questions.Linked Solar installed a 6.6 KW solar panel system on my house a couple of years ago and I was very impressed by their quality of work and professional attitude to business. At the time I did not think a battery was right for me and Linked Solar agreed. However, with the battery rebate, and my lack of confidence in the ability of governments to manage the transition to renewables, I thought the time was right.
Linked Solar were able to give me a very good price, did not require a substantial deposit, and have promised to install the battery in August, and a site review early in July. Original ratings

Absolutely. My electricity bill has dropped immensely - basically I pay just the daily connection fee. My gas bill has also dropped by about 50% as I now use electric heating instead of central gas heating. I intend to change my gas hot water system over to an electric heat pump soon which will cut the gas bill even more with neglible effect on my electric bill
